Despite not being that busy was a bit rushed when taking order and the guy that asked if I wanted sauce must be slow or something not trying to be rude but he asked if I wanted sauces three times and all the times I said clearly that I wanted hot sauce and soy sauce. I didn’t receive any and they charge me for a bigger plate

Worst Panda location in my experience. I ordered a plate half & half with teriyaki and Beijing beef on 9/24/25. The server Michelle gave me pea-sized portion for both entrees. I worked at Panda before, and I would not give customers that kind of portion. Disappointing. Btw the reviews on Yelp are truer for this Panda location.

The best service I've ever had or seen at a panda express! I didn't get his name, but he was a tall Asian gentleman, he was so friendly and accommodating even though we came near closing time! I was so hungry I forgot to take a picture before I started eating. 10/10 would panda again!

Very rare to see people happy and being genuinely nice to others. I just came in to have lunch, very new to the new app the guy at the counter explained very detailed how it works, I didn't feel rushed or neither he looked annoyed for having to (i am sure) repeat himself many times. I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional customer service at this location. After placing an online order, a staff member informed me upon arrival that there would be a short wait of about 3–4 minutes for my Kung Pao Chicken. They kindly offered my partner and me two drink cups and invited us to help ourselves to any beverage.
As we sat down after filling our drinks, the same staff member brought us a complimentary appetizer of egg rolls and let us know our food was almost ready. By the time we finished the egg rolls, our Kung Pao Chicken was served.
Once I got home and opened the to-go boxes, I was impressed by the generous portion sizes. The food was delicious, and the serving sizes made it an even better value.
Thank you for the impeccable customer service—it truly exceeded my expectations!

It’s pretty good I always love eating here. For the most part the experience has been great but I think that they need to cook the eggplant tofu longer or test it before serving it because I’ve gotten some raw eggplant tofu before. They’re really friendly but they should greet the customers when they come in instead of ignoring them until they are ready to help.
