The best service I've ever had or seen at a panda express! I didn't get his name, but he was a tall Asian gentleman, he was so friendly and accommodating even though we came near closing time! I was so hungry I forgot to take a picture before I started eating. 10/10 would panda again!

Very rare to see people happy and being genuinely nice to others.
I just came in to have lunch, very new to the new app the guy at the counter explained very detailed how it works, I didn't feel rushed or neither he looked annoyed for having to (i am sure) repeat himself many times.

I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional customer service at this location. After placing an online order, a staff member informed me upon arrival that there would be a short wait of about 3–4 minutes for my Kung Pao Chicken. They kindly offered my partner and me two drink cups and invited us to help ourselves to any beverage.

As we sat down after filling our drinks, the same staff member brought us a complimentary appetizer of egg rolls and let us know...
