I had the best salad I have ever had. The combination of fruit, nuts, vegetables and poppy seed dressing was quite the adventure for my sometimes picky palette. The accompanying bread was a great mix of soft and crunchy. I highly recommend a visit to Panera Bread. You will not be disappointed.

We ordered a strawberry poppy seed salad, and it said with fresh strawberries clearly they were frozen soggy and mushy. Order a Chipotle chicken sandwich, and it was soggy from the juice, but the chicken was cold in the middle. Bacon mac n cheese was not good, warm at best, bacon was kinda raw (didn't eat it)

Service always suck here! You have really rude cashiers and managers. Place seems undersatff dining room area and trash aee always full. And if u look behind counter there always crumbs on the bagel area. Needs more consistency in cleaning

I’ve had the chicken chipotle avocado melt a lot. Always elsewhere. Yesterday, 11/7/24 at Hamilton Ave location it was not good. It lacked chicken and cheese and avocado. It had so much chipotle dance it was super soggy and I took the bread off and simply ate the insides, which were lacking. I will not return to this location ever again. Sucked for over $7!!! Thank goodness the soup was good:) and it’s not made on sight, so there is quality control, thank goodness.
I had a very unpleasant sandwich here today. It contained small, torn-up pieces of romaine spines (no leaves) with many rotten brown edges. Why not use fresh, whole leaves of Romaine? We won't be back.
