I ordered the Stacked chicken green goddess baguette. I opened the sandwich the tomatoes fell onto my shirt I took one bite and noticed they forgot to put the chicken on it I went back and told the cashier he said it was his mistake he came back with the same sandwich and said since I took a bite out of it they can just give me the chicken and I can put it on myself I'm driving so I don't want to make a sandwich in my car they wouldn't make a new sandwich so I asked for my money back I'm going to drive to the Panera in Los Gatos I doubt if I'll come back here again

I recently had a disappointing experience at the Panera Bread location in Campbell. I attempted to place an order online and over the phone, but was informed that their system was down and they couldn't take any orders. It was surprising to see that there was no backup plan in place, like manually writing down orders, to keep the business running smoothly. This left me with the impression that the entire operation was at a standstill due to the system outage. It's concerning that a well-established chain like Panera Bread didn't have measures in place to handle such situations. I hope they will consider this feedback and improve their contingency plans for the future.

They definitely take the bread part serious here. We ordered 3 sandwiches for 45 dollars and none of the sandwiches came with very much meat. They were all heavy on the bread, cheese and dressing. Ugh.

I like coming to your Hamilton store location for breakfast on weekends, but every time I go, there's no honey or half-and-half milk. When I ask, the staff always says they're out. It would be great if you could have more of these on the weekends because lots of people come here and want them. It'll make customers like me happier. thank you.

The soup was full of delicious chicken, noodles and vegetables. Bread was fresh and delicious.
Those who come there won’t wash hands after peeing and touch the spoons and forks. I highly don’t suggest this place especially who are having kids.

The coffee here is AMAZING. The sip club is totally worth it. Also, so far the food has been great, but I've only tried a few of the bagels and two different cookies.This location, of the three we've tried, has been the best so far, and here's why:EVERY employee at this shop was so friendly, the service was great all around. Made our morning, for real.The place was clean, and the noise level was low, even though the place was fairly full.The parking was easy and plentiful.If I had to make a complaint, maybe there could be a little more shade out on the patio seating? I guess? But that's not a big enough deal to lose a star.

I asked for a cafe mocha and when I drove down the street to take a sip, I realized it was chocolate milk. I hate chocolate milk. I was in a time crunch and couldn't go back. I had to stop T Starbucks for a real coffee mocha. ☕️
