The cashier with the septum piercing was such a pleasure to encounter this morning. Her customer service was so genuine, friendly and warm.
I was there on a Tuesday morning, but they only had 1 barista making the coffees, so there was a bit of a backup. About 9 people waiting for their coffee.
Regardless, the vanilla latte is delicious, but a little too sweet for me. I will have to ask for less sugar next time.

A good place to get coffee that you and drink...with a nice variety of cookies and sandwiches. Orders have been worked through swiftly and the staff is always having a smile on their face.

Parking is usually tough at this location. Friendly atmosphere and a beautiful store. The coffee itself was only filled 90% of the way and all of the condensed milk was at the very bottom and not mixed. I frequently use this location.

Good coffee shop. I usually take tea here. Cannot say anything about coffee or pastry they sell, but tea is good.
25-30 minute wait for 1-2 coffees isn't acceptable. There are sometimes 20+ people frustrated because they can't keep up. You should pause your system so you don't accept anymore orders when you're swamped with DoorDash deliveries and walk-ins forcing mobile shoppers to buy onsite.

Chill inclusive vegan-friendly spot in the middle of everything to have a drink, working or people watching! Lots of places to get more food if you’re hungry and even Trader Joe’s to grab groceries near by. Free WiFi and outlets! I loved the plant-based burrito, yummy, it’s cheap and small enough to fill you up without overeating, personally.

Absolutely pathetic customer service! I ordered a very simple coffee (black tie) with a a group of people. Everyone else in my received theirs, including multiple people that ordered the same drink after me. I asked on the status and just got told "I will probably be a few more minutes". They weren't even able to refund me and just offered a free drink voucher.
