Found myself needing a caffeine fix after a leisurely bike ride. Who would have thought Peet's could offer it? Uh, everyone, I'd suspect. It's their brand. Their entire identity is built around coffee, so you would be "hard pressed" to find anything but coffee or caffeine related products. Surrounding environment is nice since it shares a courtyard with other establishments. Makes for a nice visit.

This is my favorite coffee shop. All the Peet’s locations I have been to are fairly consistent with quality, service, and generally nice environments. But this one has outdoor seating in the popular Pruneyard courtyard, which makes it extra special. It’s pleasant to sit under an umbrella and see all the people meeting up, chatting, and generally enjoying the space. There are kids playing in the playground while their parents mingle or sip their coffee. The atmosphere is so nice and relaxed, I go there sometimes to just sit and enjoy, rather than do the remote work I’m supposed to be doing :-)

I'm a coffee snob, so Starbucks is basically the McDonald's of the coffee world. Peets has the convenience of Starbucks (having the app) with a bit better crafted coffee. It's still a mass produced coffee experience so there's no love or patience going into it, so it's only a little bit better than Starbucks.

I try to never give a bad review. Butthe Pruneyard location always has an issue with my order: medium black tie. The ability to get a basic order done at the this location is not great, as has been my experience multiple times in a row. I just want to order, pay, get my very basic drink and leave. They make that hard here.

I love this Peet's a lot! I have been coming to this Peet's whenever I am in the Campbell area. I love the atmosphere of Peet's and all the people are so kind. The coffee shop is so cute and has everything played out that you can see it. I usually order an iced vanilla latte or an iced mocha latte. Also, I love the pastries, mainly the scone and the cinnamon roll! Today I asked the barista for her recommendation. I tried an iced coconut mocha latte! It was so yummy! I will be getting that from now on. The only thing I would say is that Peet's coffee can be really strong. I always ask for 1 shot because it is so strong. Even with 1 shot it is still pretty strong and I have to add milk in it. Definitely go to Peet's!

I absolutely love their iced chai latte! Great customer service and ambiance (good space to get work done inside or large outdoor area with tables and umbrellas) also around other shops/restaurants so nice place to walk around after you get your work done.
