Grew up in Wisconsin so frozen custard is my thing, and Rita's delivers. I have always found the staff friendly. This is especially challenging during Covid 19. Flavors change frequently so Rita's is my go to place for sweet treats -- Italian Ice, Soft Custard, and hand scooped.

WOW, this place is amazing!!! The location is absolutely perfect and they have some benches right outside the shop if you want to sit down and enjoy your treat! the store was super clean inside and had multiple hand sanitizer bottles which is really nice.I typically don't like italian ice, but i decided to try out the gelati for the full Rita experience. I got mine with vanilla custard and island fusion italian ice and it is probably one of the best things i've ever had i'm not even joking it tastes basically like a orange creamsicle... but 10000x better. absolutely incredible stuff, i wish i could eat it every day

So I came on a super hot Saturday. I haven't been to Rita's in a while so I was excited. I was promptly greeted by a very nice young lady - they have a table in the front of the store and you give them your order and they bring it to you: I settled on a large gelati with orange mango ice , with the bottom ice cream layer vanilla custard and the yelp orange cream or something with orange. I really enjoyed it. I like the lid because once upon a time they didn't even have lids and even though it melted a bit it wasn't a mess in the car: fast and friendly , although I could not get it the place was still spotless, and the staff was very hygienic. I will be back

Very disappointed We love Ritas vanilla custard and usually buy cones. Tonight because of the Covid 19 we decided to purchase a quart and bring it home. We paid top $ for a quart of ice cream but because we really enjoy it we decided to splurge. Unfortunate for us the server who filled the quart skimped on filling it and left the center of the container half empty. I am not sure if this is standard practice. I would advise to watch out for this as for $15.99 for one half empty quart just is wrong to do to people. $16 can buy me 4 gallons at my local grocery store and I don't have to drive to Campbell to get a half quart or $15.99 Updated review: today Ramya the owner was very gracious and credited us for the quart of ice cream. Thank you for your great customer service! We will be back to your Shop to order more of that delicious vanilla custard!

If you want an ice cream sandwich or something refreshing, I recommend coming here. I was looking for some shaved ice and saw that this place served it. Was a little disappointed that the shaved ice I was looking for was different. It was more of a slushy. I got the mango flavored and was not disappointed. It was so refreshing. Came back another time and tried an ice cream sandwich. Never had it with a Nutter Butter cookie. But it was delicious. The worker was super friendly and helpful. Definitely coming back to try more things

Very pleasant 1st experience at Rita's in Campbell. We placed the order online and it was fulfilled at the time I requested. Friendly service, quick pick up without any hassle. We ordered 3 different custard and everything was delish! We will definitely make more trips to Rita's!

Rita's is amazing! I had a phase where I got it weekly. My favorite thing to get is the cotton candy Italian ice with vanilla custard. My friends find the cotton candy one a bit sweet and they prefer mango Italian ice with vanilla custard for a refreshing, fruity treat that I also enjoy getting. I love how they not only put custard on top of the Italian ice, but they also coat the bottom layer inside the cup with custard as well!

Great service, the BEST custard yogurt I have ever had!
We tried 4 custard flavors: coffee, pumpkin, salted caramel and orange & cream. The custard is really smooth and creamy. The flavors were very mild, perhaps a bit too understated. The salted caramel and pumpkin could have been stronger. The coffee was good. Service was very friendly.

The custard is still really good and the customer service is great but they've gotten really stingy with their offerings. Only previous customers will notice this but this particular location is now exercising shrinkflation. What used to be their regular is now their large and the thing is that the large was significantly bigger. I'd say about twice the size of what they're offering now. What makes matters worse is that they also charge more for the large now. It's all just really unfortunate.

Rita's Frozen Custard cake is amazingly smooth and creamy. Each of the flavors pop and meld together perfectly. The cake is a very generous size and a small piece is very satisfying. Next time I'm asked to bring a dessert I'm heading to Rita's to pickup a Frozen Custard Cake. It is truly impressive!

Let me preface this with I love this Rita's location. It's always my go to dessert stop. I'm still giving 3 stars because I normally love it but tonight was less than a one star visit. I went to Rita's this evening and arrived around 7:40pm. The lights were on but the open sign was off. I checked the hours and it said it was open until 8pm so I tried to go in. Doors were locked and no one in sight. I stand back for a minute trying to look it up online to see if maybe the hours on the door were out of date. No, still closes at 8pm. The employee comes out and turns on the open sign and walks away. I went to go in and the door was still locked. He motions for me to come in but the door is locked. He comes and unlocks it and says he was in the bathroom. Fine, no big deal. I go to order and ask if there's a way I can get a cone to go. He says no. And when I try to ask if he can put the cone upside down in a cup he cuts me off and tells me there's no waffle cones anyway. So I order something else and as he's helping me, a door dash delivery person comes in. He just stops helping me to immediately help this other person which I can understand, but he didn't even tell me what was happening. He finishes with the door dash person, and starts putting the strawberry topping on my custard while the lid is already on. There's barely any topping (because only so much would fit through the small opening) and it's dripping down the sides. It was a complete mess. Then while ringing me up he pulls out his phone and started to text mid transaction. I've always been a fan of Rita's and the service has always been excellent. This was the worst experience I've ever had here. I will not be coming in if I ever see that person is the one behind the counter. There have been several occasions where I try to go to this location and it's closed before the set closing time. I have a good feeling this employee is the reason why. I hope someone addresses this employee and retrains him on customer service.
