Super kickback! This is a pretty cool restaurant and bar, ordered a couple of steaks that were pretty good here. The beer was fresh and cold, and they had a lot of the basketball and football games on. If you're a sports fan then this bar is pretty cool

This is a decent restaurant, with a small brewery inside of it. It’s located in the Pruneyard area of Cambell, which is a really beautiful area. The restaurant has a good amount of indoor and outdoor seating and specializes mainly in American dishes and beers. I would say come here if you’re hungry, this isn’t your traditional brewery, experience and more like a restaurant.

The beer here was actually really good. The food they have a lot of options as well. I was happy enough with the beer and the orders that we made. The service was a little bit slow considering that there wasn’t a lot of people at 1 o’clock on a Saturday but it wasn’t a huge tissue.

This place would be perfect on a warm day, because you can sit outside and drink beer and watch locals as you relax and enjoy the warm warmth. Even on a cold day, they have outdoor heaters, which is nice.

Nice children's menu. My 8 year old grandson said his chocolate milk was the best he's ever had.

Many televisions for watching sports. They have a happy hour. The menu was decent, the food pretty good and prices fair.

A number of things went wrong with a simple order.
1: I was double charged because after trying my first order the online service said there was an error and to try again. I tried again but apparently both orders went through. I did not realize this until later.

2: The woman who helped me pick up the food asked me if I put in 2 orders. I told her “no”. She didn’t bother elaborate to tell me 2 orders came through to give me a chance to resolve the situation.

3: I asked for butter multiple times. The request was on the order. I also asked for it when I told them my name for the order. I also asked if they added butter when they handed it to me. Guess what happened. I received some spicy concoction instead of butter.

4: The order specified to include plastic fork and knife. There was no knife. This was a steak.

5: Quality of the “ribeye” was poor. Tough meat and didn’t even seem like an actual ribeye cut.

6: When I finally realized why they asked me if I put in 2 orders (because their system actually made a duplicate order), I had to call in and start the process to resolve it, but the person on the phone only said that they would email me later, so this ordeal is still ongoing, but they’re already at 1-star either way.

What an awful restaurant.

I've been in the US for 2 months now, and I always love how well they serve you in restaurants. Of course, the tip is always a factor. Well, this particular restaurant seems to not care at all.

We arrived, greeted the hostess, and asked if they had a table for two. She looked at us, grabbed two menus, and without a word, walked towards a table. She didn't say a single word to us. When she reached the table, she tossed the menus onto it, very inappropriately, and walked away. It left us a bit stunned, but okay.

Our waiter came over, polite enough, introduced himself, and we ordered drinks and food. We were surprised that he didn't bring us water like they do for every other table. Oh well, no big deal. We ordered a Coke and a New England IPA. They're supposed to have several beer taps, the menu is extensive. After 10 minutes they brought the Coke. Another 10 minutes passed, and they brought a beer that was definitely not a New England IPA. We know about beers. It just wasn't.

The food itself was okay; chicken tenders and fish and chips to share. We asked for water with our meal and they brought only one glass. Why? There were two of us. Anyway...

From that point on, we never saw our waiter again. Halfway through the meal, we had finished our drinks and wanted to order another round. There was only one other waiter, so we asked him. They never came.

We finished dinner 20 minutes later, angry and without drinks (we had also finished the only glass of water we had, which we had to share). We were waiting to ask for the bill, although we were tempted to just leave without paying. No one would have noticed, because no one was paying attention to the tables.

Finally, our waiter came out, we told him we had been waiting a long time for the other round of drinks, and we asked to speak to the manager.

The manager came out a while later, and we told her what had happened. She didn't offer any solutions, just made excuses about how busy they were. We asked for the bill, paid, and left.

Of course, we won't be back. We didn't expect them to invite us to dinner, but it would have been a nice touch not to charge us for the drinks, at least.

First time we don't leave a tip in a restaurant. The service is awful. No excuses.

All wrong.

Upon entering, the receptionist treated us with a bad face, she threw the menus in a bad manner on the table.

Then we ordered drinks, they brought one and the other one arrived more than ten minutes later, and I suspect it was not the beer I had ordered.

All the tables around us had glasses of water, I had to ask for them, and they only brought us one.

We ordered another round of drinks halfway through the meal and it never arrived. We asked to speak to the manager and she apologized, but did not give us any solution.

We will never return.

Did not honor the free pint of beer with any steak entree special that's shown on display cards at tables all over the restaurant. Also, somehow I got upcharged for a salad that I didn't even ask for. Great food but disappointed with the bait and switch and sketchy service. Overpaid by $18+ for no reason. Won't be returning here ever.

We went late in the evening in search of food and lucky enough as they serve food till late. Spacious sport bar with variety of beers on tap.
The service was quick for us, maybe due to less crowded at that time. The food was above average. The habanero grilled chicken was amazing. Love the vibe and place.

Ordered fish n chips & waiter looked weird when i asked for tartar sauce or cocktail sauce & said they had neither , weird , why have fish n chips .
