It's nice to have another bingsoo place in South Bay! The bingsoo came out quick and the workers were nice. The ambiance is nice and clean and spacious. I love how there's different sizes because most places got huge servings. I got the matcha tiramisu bingsoo which was yummy. The bits were cheesecake tho but it was delicious! I would be back to try different flavors!

A wonderful shop that is owned by a mother/daughter duo I went for an event and returned to buy some more of their red bean fish! Lots of options for the family, from shaved ice to red bean fish taiyaki. I haven't tried their drinks but they do have many customizable options!

Snowtime is so so good! I don't usually like boba but their brown sugar boba is delicious. I also love the choco heaven, I highly recommend it. They have a good variety of sweet treats and it feels very inviting in the restaurant. Great service!

Had a great experience here! Service is quick and friendly. Not many fruit options for bingsu, so expect more powder-based flavors like injeolmi or matcha.I got the Golden Dust, which was DELICIOUS! I liked the texture of the ice and the milkiness. Very creamy, but still light. They do not skimp on the red bean!!! Wow, they were generous. mochi and almonds were a good touch.

Loved the tira-miss-u snow. The taiyaki with custard was warm, pillowy, and so delicious. Would benefit from some additional seating and more engagement from staff, but glad to see the place so busy on a weekday evening. Looking forward to trying the soft serve.

Came here for the second time in a week. Had to order the Tira Miss You Snow and the custard fish. Both were excellent and served up quickly. The place was busy but super clean. Parking was easy. I highly recommend this dessert shop!

Awesome new experience of trying Korean dessert with actual ice cream snow, fruits and chocolate! I was so amazed by the quality, interior, taste and staff, so I absolutely love it. Location is great: there are other food places nearby, the parking, a restroom, water. Inside it's really nice and bright, very stylish and with a lot of plants.

A cute little small business that specializes in bingsoo and taiyaki. Parking is plentiful and the interior is bright and clean. Already starting off with a win! I tried the taiyaki here recently and found that they offer a large size and a mini size. Pricing also varies depending on how many pieces you order. I opted for 3 minis for $3.95 and was able to mix and match the filling options (we tried grilled cheese, blueberry cream cheese, and custard - the 3 most popular flavors). They're great hot but be careful not to burn yourself! Service was excellent. The owner is so sweet and welcoming. It seems like she's following in her mom's footsteps as her mother had opened a similar shop in Arizona with the goal of creating a place for people to come together and enjoy desserts. The owner wanted to emulate the same concept and hence, Snowtime in California was born.

Snowtime is an absolute gem of a dessert shop! Even when we arrived just 30 minutes before closing time, the place was bustling with customers, and the staff greeted us with big smiles and warmth. My friend and I decided to try their famous tiramisu, and within 10 minutes, our small sized treat was ready. Despite being small, the serving size was incredibly generous, enough for three of us to share and enjoy thoroughly. From the moment I took first bite, I found myself irresistibly drawn to its deliciousness. What sets Snowtime apart is their commitment to quality ingredients. Instead of drowning the dessert in syrup and unhealthy sweeteners, they use cocoa powder and dark chocolate dressing, topped with a vanilla ice cream. The balance of sweetness and bitterness was perfect, and the shaved ice was light and fluffy, resembling freshly fallen snow. It's no wonder they call it Snowtime! Overall, we had a fantastic experience in this delightful dessert. My only wish is that they could extend their weekend hours so my friends and I can visit later in the night. Nevertheless, we will definitely be back, and we will be bringing more friends along to experience the magic of Snowtime!

Small parking lot, but very good bingsoo. Short wait time and cute interior. Matcha Love - So good! Very creamy & loved the mochi bits Blueberry & Cream cheese Taiyaki - I love getting blueberry and cream cheese flavored items so I was very excited to try this in taiyaki form. Gooey, warm, and delicious. Custard Taiyaki - Yummy and fresh. Not too sweet. A lot of other bingsoo places are too crowded, while Snowtime is a bit more calming. I had a lot if fun with my friends here, and I woukd love to revisit this place again.

I stumbled upon this spot on Yelp, and was so excited to try it!! We went here after my friend's celebratory birthday lunch. The bingsu was really delicious and milky, I love that they have different serving sizes as opposed to the other spots in the South Bay just having massive servings. Don't get me wrong, it's fun to be able to share the same food with a group of friends! But for people who just want to enjoy the food on their own or maybe have different dietary restrictions or tastes that prevent them from doing so, it's good that Snowtime offers three different options (small, medium, and large). I ordered the Sweet Sunset Snow for the strawberries and mango, it was so tasty. My only comment is that I wish they had more fruit options like blueberry or melon!! But I understand that it can be difficult to keep them fresh and it's good to have a limited menu/do a few things well :) My friends ordered the matcha love and miss you matcha, it was sweet and yummy. I loved the mochi toppings on the matcha love and the strawberry accent on the miss you matcha! Next time I come by, I'd love to try their taiyaki or beverages. The seating inside is ample, and for good reason. Had we taken the bingsu to-go and driven back home, it definitely would've melted in that time span despite it still being winter/springtime! This place definitely gets busier when the post-lunch sweet treat crowd comes trickling in; we came around 1 PM and more people started lining up around 1:30 when we had finished eating our orders.

3.5/5 Came in the evening and the place was pretty empty with lots of seating. Really nice customer service. Got a vanilla and chocolate swirl taiyaki in a cup with cream filling, oreo crumbs, and black sesame. Ice cream and taiyaki were okay, but the cream filling was super sweet. I wanted to try the ube ice cream but it wasn't available. Also got taiyaki with cream, nutella, and blueberry cream cheese. They were fresh but again, the cream was super sweet. If you really like cream cheese, try the blueberry, if not, don't! All in all, ice cream is nowhere near special but if you want taiyaki and this is close by I would get it.
