Just decided after today's purchase I will just avoid this station all together. Again the receipt wad not given at the pump. When I asked the employee how come it never works he said "My boss does not put rolls" It's highly annoying because I need a receipt with my card number on it and the ones from inside don't have it. Which is disappointing because this station is closest to me

I want to start off by saying all the cashier's that work here are amazing and super sweet. I love talking to them when I come in. I always fuel up here for gas and I love getting snacks here. My issue is the fridges not working. It's been like 2 months or more I think and they're still not fixed. All the drinks are always hot. I know the cashier's put some drinks in a small fridge in the front by the door for costumers which is nice. But come on, the owner needs to do something about this. Fix the fridges man!!!! I'll change my rating once it's done!

Gas pumps are good and take Apple Pay. but the air machine is only semi-functional. Good luck filling your tires. You pay two dollars but you’ll probably still have to go somewhere else.

The bathroom is closed from 10 pm to 6 am. It is 1 am and store is open, but they lock the bathroom, “for cleaning” the cashier said. Asking nicely made no difference. This is my fifth stop; why is every gas station bathroom closed in this entire area? I cannot possibly be the only person passing through this area at night.

quality of all products dropped tremendously after 7 eleven take over. Stores moving slower with lack of employees to work the counters understaffed. My understanding is the company is going bankrupt, they can't offer competitive wages to keep employees and they are taking away employee benefits. I'll always miss what speedway was.

This company has really gone downhill. I used to love speedway, but not anymore. Most store are disgusting anymore, and the employees are always distracted with something other than the customer in front of them. Do better speedway.

i walked into speedway last nite their 2 managers and cashier. So I ask the cashier why is the cafe closed and not even 9pm and she said short staff but we had a lot of grab and go today but was told the person that does the cafe was here. I think high management needs too step in.

Want to make sure this doesn’t happen to somebody else. Was not aware that speedway points expire. I was saving them up for a trip but come to find out I lost 74,000 points with no notice. Very disappointed with the customer service!

It seems like every time I try to purchase fuel at the Derr Rd the card readers do not work. It’s not convenient and is very aggravating. Aggravating enough instead of moving to another pump, I move to another gas station. Pulse the fact that there are large holes in the driveway. As a company you should be embarrassed of this store having your name on it.

Ever since Speedway was purchased by 7/11 the coffee is nothing more than animal feces. It is bitter tasting. I can only imagine what little they've saved from this change, they've lost with increased costs of creamers being used to off set the horrid taste.

the speedway in Mount Pleasant keeps selling gift cards that aren't actually activated. they done it three times now that I know for a fact about. they charging you and taking your money but not crap on the card. not sure if cards bad or machine bad or if the cashier's are scamming but it keeps happening.
