This is an absolutely terrible Starbucks. I always try to go to the actual Starbucks stores but this one is in Safeway and I accidentally ordered on the app here. Bad experience. Started my day off wrong on what was supposed to be a pick me up. :(

âFriendlyâ barista looked at me 2 minutes before close and said âweâre closedâ and turned around to help her last customer. Not the friendliest way to decline money and a tip. To whoever was closing, Iâm sorry to whoever hurt you that day or in your life. I was gonna give you a few extra bucks for an espresso shot.

The wait was a little long but i left happy! I came at 9:30 am and there was only one worker with a big order of at least size drinks in front of me so the wait was a little long but she was super nice made my drink Fast and even drew a little smiley that made my day! :) i got the vanilla sweet cream cold brew and it tasted great!

Worst Starbucks Iâve ever been to. I come here because I work close and there is one lady I think her name is ambermarie is constantly INCREDIBLY rude. No customer service skills. They always look miserable. If I were the manager here I would fire some of these workers immediately. I watched her talk back to a women in front of me saying some completely inappropriate things for a work place. It looks like she may be training and they just goof around and take forever to even make a simple coffee. Itâs outrageous. So outrageous that this is my first review of anything EVER. Do not come here

Every time I order itâs the same person there and they always look like they hate that Iâm even talking. Iâve gone here a couple of times when shopping at Safeway. I get theyâre probabLy understaffed and itâs stressing but even I say âThank youâ and leave tips but their attitude never changes.
Consistently rude and lacking customer service here.I've given it 3 tries in the past month - so as to not to let it have been "one bad experience" - but today sealed the deal -Worst customer service I've had in a while - since I felt as if I was bothering someone for an item - and also the worst "Nitro Cold Brew" ever poured - hands down.Safeway rocks though - but I'll go elsewhere for coffee from now on.
