Very cold rude atmosphere no smiles no greeting. The three ladies that are working here today, August 3, 2025, 7:42 AM. Don’t Give you eye contact. I thought it was just myself, but two customers came after and had to get their attention.

What a disappointing experience! It is Wednesday at 20:30 while I am writing this comment. Me and my wife just done eating and looking for a Starbucks. Since other shops are closing at 8pm, we drove 10 mins to come over here. By the time we pulled in, it was 08:30pm! The service guy saw us pulled in at the parking spot, he rushed to the door locked it. Great job Starbucks! - left by active military service member.

I had a very bad experience with this store. I study at the school next door and every day during school break I go to this store and always buy something there. It so happened that on Friday, as usual, during break I went to the store and bought what I always buy. After that I went to school. When class ended I went back to the store and was going to wait for my wife to pick me up so we could have something to eat at the store. While I was waiting, I took my card and went to finish my schoolwork. When suddenly the store manager told me if I was going to buy something, if not I couldn't stay there, I felt very embarrassed since I buy something at the store every day.

My kids mocha cookies crumble frappe was full of ice, and not sweet. This happened after I decided not to tip, due to no smile from the employee who was talking to me. She was so unhappy serving talking to us.

Sorry that this is only store close to our home. Poor service.

Also, outside tables are sometimes dirty and messy.

I love this location for its drive-thru. I also highly recommend using the mobile app. Starbucks has a great rewards program, and, of course, you can save yourself some time by ordering ahead.
The drive thru can get busy. If you place the order in the app and then get there to find the drive-thru lane backed up, park and go in for your order.
This location has an outside patio when the weather is nice.

Super friendly staff and greeted me when I walked in. Ordering at 5am only because I’m here from the east coast and needing my coffee. Ordered online while walking there and it was ready.

This is the Starbucks Ive been going to ever since they built it. And unfortunately the quality of this location has only gotten worse. Not even the interior facelift could fix it’s issues. The workers always seem to have an attitude, and always look at people weird when we hit “no tip”. theres a reason for this no tip. within the last year the service has become slow and the quality of the drinks have become poor compared to their high prices. Drinks are made slowly it’s as if they start making the drink when you pay at the window. The drink seem to be poorly mixed. instructions given, aren’t always listened to, and even allergy instructions weren’t followed. Don’t even get me started on their poor, moldy looking cold foam. I’ve done many experiments where I’ll order one or two things and keep time to see how long it takes to get my items. (In order to give the benefit of the doubt like if they were poor staff that day, or it was a long ) however, my results have shown that no matter what the conditions are, it’s always the same outcome. My recent trip (which actually solidified my decision to never go here again) I ordered one drink and one cake pop, and I was in the drive-through line for 5 to 7 minutes. I went up to the window to pay. Received my cake-pop two minutes later. And proceeded to sit at the window for the next 15 minutes. Before I was handed my drink. It’s safe to say that the drive-through lines are not worth it if you’re on your way to work. I will never be spending my money at this location ever again, and I advised customers who are in a rush and on their way to work to never pull into this location. If you want your drink crafted with love and care and your allergy instructions to be followed. I suggest the location next to Prospect high school.

Dietary restrictions: Starbucks themselves pledge to honor all dietary restrictions and allergy restrictions, many times I have asked for a substitute of an ingredient. And unfortunately, that substitute was never given which made the drinks undrinkable, and the money was wasted.
