Slowest workers ive ever seen.... Hows does it take 20 mins to make a single drink with no modifications and theres only 2 people in store.

I went there three times and I had bad experiences twice. The first time I went there with my friend we got the wrong order, and informed the barista about it. She gave us a ugly look. And today I went to order two drinks. My cashier was Barissa. After she took my order, I asked her if I could get one extra cup with my drinks. She said something which I couldn't understand and asked her to repeat it. She didn't even acknowledge me and left. After 20 mins of ordering, I went to ask the barista(Kait) how long it would take to receive my order, she(Barissa) was there and she just said " I don't know" and left. Kait was the one who told me my order was up next. I like the cafes around my neighborhood except for this one.

Friendly and efficient staff which is more than one can say for other Starbucks so should be commended. Food quality and price is standard Starbucks level. Has a drive-thru which is not available at many Starbucks so that's another plus, although coffee isn't fast food so the line can be quite long, and slow, during peak period. It might be faster to park and order in the store during peak time.

I'll not be back to this store; the barista making my order was on complete autopilot and not paying attention, when I politely asked her not to put the lid on, she acknowledged that, then put the lid on anyway. When I protested, she dumped it another cup, which is not what I wanted, added more whipped cream and then put a lid on again! I didn't say anything but she could see I wasn't happy, so she offered to remake it. I leaned a bit closer and clearly emphasized that I didn't want the lid on it but would take the lid with me. She threw together the drink again and, I kid you not, PUT THE FREAKING LID ON! She dropped it front of me without looking at me and spun away before I could even react. I didn't want to be that person who shrieks at a barista for a mistake, so I took it and left, but I could definitely understand the inclination to be vocal.

The girl at the window raised her voice at me. The drinks and service here are always good. Today Nov. 16th at 9am when I pulled up to the window waiting for my drink the girl with brown hair and glasses suddenly raised her voice at me she said "I asked you if you wanted I straw!" I was shook because I hadn't said anything to her other than hello when I pulled up to the window. I nodded my head and grab my drink from her. I ordered a grande toasted vanilla shaken espresso it was a holiday drink which qualified me for the red cup and she didn't offer the red cup which I seen she had given to the customer in front of me.

I'm not a coffee drinker. That said, I love the peach green tea. The last 2 times I've been there, they've had no peach. Service takes forever!!! Especially through the drive thru. Literally took 17 mins to get through it and there were only 2 cars in front of me.Even when my husband goes in and orders just a coffee with light cream it can take up to 30 mins to get it.

I walked in this morning and waiting in line. Mind you I was the only one in line. There are 4 employees all dedicated to the drive through. Watched my phone we waited for 5 min before someone said hi and that he would be right with us. Waited some more until we walked out and went to another Starbucks. Terrible service!!!

Did the drive-through. Had a very long wait. Order was wrong. Was told to drive around and get back in line (the long line that I just came out of) or park and walk in. My drinks were very simple and could of been rectified quickly. They were two iced macha's. That's all. So, I opted for a full refund. ?Not planning on visiting this convenient drive- through anytime soon.
