Jennifer has a very strong service mentality; she maintained a smile from the moment she met me. It was my first time ordering via the app, and I selected the wrong location. She comforted me and helped me resolve the issue. I felt as warm as sunshine! I hope the manager can see this good review .She will make many customers choose this location again!

I'm always happy with my order whenever I come to this store. I often customize my coffee order - if the store manager happens to be a barista, I would get the best coffee ever! Highly recommend this Starbucks store!

If you plan on doing any work on your laptop or tablet, make sure it's fully charged before coming here. This is a coffee shop that cover up all of their power outlets so customers can't use them. Hope you can finish your work before your battery dies.

Not a bad Starbucks. My drink was fast and lived up to my normal Starbucks standards. Folks at the counter were friendly so all round good place. Only downside I feel is that there isn't as much lounging furniture as I would like. I enjoy Starbucks as places I can go and study or work on a laptop but all the chairs are rigid wood. It is nice that there's plenty of tables to sit at, but I would appreciate more lounging chairs maybe neer the window to accommodate a more laid back feeling like I've had at some other Starbucks.

The macha green tea was real good , the staff who too our order was really pleasant. I just wished they had more place to sit inside because all of the tables were full with only one occupant with a laptop meaning that they are never going to leave.

Large interior and efficient service but the wall outlets are covered so don't expect to get a lot of work done unless you bring your own means of charging devices.

I had placed an online order for my boyfriend to pick up on his way to work and when he got there the order was completely messed up.My boyfriend couldn’t stay for a remake due to him going to work so I tried calling their phone to try and see if I could go in later today for the remake or refund… this location can’t even answer the phones and once they do they put me straight on hold and one of the girls i guess accidentally picks up and all i heard was ā€œthis phone won’t stop ringingā€. Starbucks train your employees appropriately on serving customers and answering phone calls.
