When I asked a question, the person at the counter shut down the conversation and told me to read the label. I decided to leave, since I was looking forward to learning about the tea, not just being a dollar sign. For that, I could order online.

I was enamored with this tea shop. They have an incredible selection of loose leaf teas sourced from around the globe. I was able to purchase 8 distinct varieties for my wedding tea bar, which garnered numerous compliments. Without a doubt, I will be returning to this shop for future tea purchases.

Overwhelming selection of tea! Didn't buy any leaves this time, but I left having tried their watermelon oolong and it was excellent. Super friendly owner. I'll definitely stop by again to choose out some leaves!

My partner enjoyed having a conversation with her about all the different teas there were and where each stems from, come to find out there are over 3000 types!! It was a first time for us so it was a little confusing on where to look at first, the matcha here was pretty good. I recommend grabbing a matcha latte with ceremonial grade matcha here!!

Cute shop and lovely service. Came by to pick up herbal tea for a gift and received excellent recommendations and also thoughtful gift wrapping. The store has a great variety of teas and accessories. Most teas have detailed descriptions on the packaging too. Looking forward to coming back ?

I came here to get some presents for the tea lovers in my life. They had a wide variety that could feel overwhelming, but it's okay! Take a breath and take your time, no one is going to rush you at this place. It's quirky but loveable for sure. As an aside, I don't like tea. Somehow, I ended up getting an iced tea here and loved it so much I bought my own tea to brew at home. Quite an accomplishment!

I like to brew my own herbal tea blends. Steepers has a wide variety of herbs that are not usually found in grocery stores.
I had a nice experience! The green tea I got was lovely but the white tea wasn't my favourite. I'll definitely be going back

Terrible service. My mother in law and I stopped in here after visiting Geoffrey’s next door. We thought a cup of tea sounded nice.We entered and no one greeted us. There was an older woman and a younger employee doing what sounded like german lessons.I was confused, there were menus around but it didn’t seem like a normal tea cafe. I asked the woman if I could order a cup of tea and she flippantly said “yea, sure.” But then continued doing what she was doing and she barely even looked up at me. I waited 2-3 minutes standing there before grabbing my MIL and leaving.I’ve never visited your shop before, I have no idea how it works. You obviously have great reviews, but my experience was less than 1 star. If you don’t want to service paying customers and want to act as an “exclusive club for those who know”, then shut your doors.Note to others like me: If you are in this area and looking for a nice place to grab a drink, avoid Steepers. There are plenty of Cafes near by that would be glad to greet you and serve you.
