This is the WORST Subway I have ever been to, period! The clerk was stocking the soda cabinet out a garbage can he used to carry sodas from the back. Then, I went to pay and the guy told me they don't honor the Subway coupons. What? Not to mention the bread was stale and the produce was certainly not fresh. Don't waste your time here and take a minute go to another local Subway that appreciates your business.

Literally horrible experience and I was overcharged for what was supposed to be a $20 meal, instead was charged $25 and given not what I had asked for and a sad sandwich. I was not given my receipt so I couldn’t see a breakdown of what I was charged.

If you use a coupon, they will not make a sandwich for you. Or I can kindly put they do not accept coupons. Regardless, I live a block away and in the mail I receive Subway coupons don’t give out coupons if you don’t accept coupons.

If I could give this place zero stars I would today I went in to pick up my mobile order and after I specifically put in the mobile order that I needed it double toasted because I could not have raw deli meat due to my pregnancy they refused to do so, and wanted to charge me for the service The manager was very rude and screaming at me. I worked for Subway for six years and this is not the kind of customer service that they should be giving to their customer, awful establishment and even worse people that work here.

Beware they don’t accept coupons. No sign states it either. Bad customer service as well, the guy was very rude and kept giving dirty looks. Very uncomfortable setting, customer shouting in there and running around they overcharge for no reason

Went here yesterday after my son begged me to stop there. I was overcharged. Reading other reviews apparently this is normal. I was charged for cheese that I asked to be put on my meatball sub. I was charged for extra cheese for the pizza I ordered. I brought this up after seeing the receipt and the guy said "Oh that's how I do it." I said cheese pizza is supposed be $6.75". You charged me for a veggie pizza and extra cheese. I pointed to the sign that had the price and he fought me on it. I said, "that's false advertising." He said "well you saw me put extra cheese." I said, "yeah but I didn't ask for it." He finally refunded me the money but it was a fight.
WOW WOW WOW. THIS PLACE IS JOKE. MY DAUGHTER ORDERD SALAMI SANDWICH WHEN SHE CAME TO CAR SHE SAID DAD THE SALAMI LOOKS FUNNY. I TOOK LOOK AND YES SALAMI WAS GREEN AND GRAY. SO WE EENT BACK INSIDE AND ASKED TO HAVE MONEY BACK. THE MANAGER SAID NO??? He is like what’s wrong. I said the salami looks nasty and you are yelling at us and we not happy with food we got. He said no money back call the police if you want. And after I saw how it looks like inside very nasty and vegetables and meat and cheese looked nothing like Subway store. Also they didn’t have Swiss cheese. So after 15 minutes trying to talk to him off us getting our money back my daughter ask if she can have couple drinks instead sandwich worth $12 he said yes so we got 2 sprite bottles and small apple juice box for $12. This was most expensiveness sprite I paid in my life. SO I WANT EVERYONE TO THINK HARD BEFORE YOU GO AND GET FOOD AT THIS PLACE. BECAUSE IF YOU FIND ANYTHING WRONG WITH YOUR SANDWICH YOU WILL NOT GET REFUND OFF YOUR MONEY AND MANAGER WILL YELLED AT YOU AND TRY TO CONVINCE YOU THAT IS HOW YOUR SANDWICH SHOULD LOOK. So please please think twice and read your reviews before you go eat somewhere. As for me and my family you want see us ever back to this location also will tell my friends and family about my experience at this store. Plus I really care about everyone at this planet so I will be also calling health department to see if they can check this place and make sure we are getting clean and good food they way it should be. I bought a 6" sub and a bag of chips and they charged me $11 for it and I checked the receipt after and they overcharged me for everything, they added an extra amount of cheese on there and it wasn't even the sandwich that I ordered. The menu said $7, not 8.50
