Disappointing. Very bland - no salt at all. I didn't taste any of the spicy sauce or avocado, Worst part was it was way too much fake crab and 2 small pieces of shrimp. I doubt this is how it is made at the restaurant. And it wasn't rolled tightly enough and it fell apart. The outer crunch went everywhere on the table so that the table was covered in red bread crumbs. Service is very slow as it is mainly food delivery people with large bags. They also forgot the sauce that I ordered. For the price point I expect way better quality with more shrimp and faster service.

Just came here to try all the awesome foods they have on yelp..... Turns out they only have shushi burritos. Also the place is not a restaurant it's inside a restaurant kitchen and they only had burritos on the menu which is really disappointing because I wanted to try their fusion foods. I ended up getting the shirmp tempura burrito and there was only like two shrimps in there. Taste was bland too... Extra disappointing. Overall would not come back here.

The sushirrito at this local kitchen is not on par with the sushirrito in directly owned locations (e.g. Palo Alto). Not only are the rolls about 2/3 of the normal rolls, it's overpriced, lower in quality, and not as well made. The protein portion is abysmal, rice hard, seaweed soggy, and tempura drenched in grease. I've been a couple times hoping that the poor quality was a fluke the previous time, but each time I've been disappointed. Tried reflecting this with the management but never received a response or saw an improvement. Do yourself a favor and just go to the Palo Alto location!

I paid $20 for a salmon samba wrap, which was barely edible. The distinctive flavors were pickle and mayonnaise. (The Local Kitchens website was missing the word "aioli" in the ingredients for this wrap, at least at the time I ordered). It was completely soaked in mayo and I basically couldn't eat it. I had to spend more money to buy another lunch elsewhere. The Local Kitchens service was also lackluster on top of charging a 5% service fee. I can't recommend this place.

Props to you all not satisfied with "just being good" and wanting to improve every possible way they can. With that, they provided me a $5 credit towards my next purchase to apologize for not meeting my expectations. Again, my first time was overall great anyway, so I thank you for the generosity!So with that, I came back for more Sushiritto! Using the Local Kitchens app, I ordered the Latin Ninja with the wasabi aioli on the side. Within 5 minutes the order came! Talk about speedy service! I must say this one was tastier and better than the Fiery Chicken and I love what they have done here. Fresh fish, nice profile of savory and mild wasabi with added chips for the extra crunch. Also the wasabi aioli is a fantastic condiment on the side to apply whenever you want. If you can kind of tell from the photos, it is a bit on the smaller end. Still hungry and having some left over wasabi aioli, I ordered Geisha's Kiss (a not-as-popular item). This one took a bit of a longer wait considering by this point many people ordered online and the people coming in are there for delivery. 15 minutes later listening to some EDM music, my order arrived. And this time, MUCH BIGGER! I do not know what it is, but at this point I had a challenge ahead of me.Don't worry though, I thought Geisha's Kiss is now my new favorite as it has all the hallmarks of a great burrito: nice size, nice flavors, nicely portioned, and things falling apart at the bottom end. Seriously, all fantastic burritos have the bottom spilling out. It's the rule. The yellowtail here is fresh, and the sweet tamago (Japanese scrambled eggs) goes well together with the pickled vegetables and crunchy chips. Add in the wasabi aioli makes this some sort of amazing Americanized sushi. Overall, super full, and super happy.

I ordered a salmon sushirrito... the salmon was not fresh at all... ended up throwing most of it awayWhile the food was disappointing ... I have to say, the customer service well exceeded my expectations. Val was quick to reach out and addressed my concern. Looking forward to giving this place another chance in the future.
