Visited Madison, WI for a swim meet this weekend and I discovered SG. I cannot even put into words how delicious the menu is. I didn't go just once...I came back...a total of 4 times!! Tried new things each time - the sauces are unbelievable, ingredients so fresh! Every single time the staff was helpful, smiling, and genuinely kind. Such a happy and joyful vibe. A special shout out to Melvin and Chaz, you guys rock!! Thank you!! I will forever be a fan. 💚

I was late here by the video of the employee, denying a homeless person inside and she just wanted a cup of water. Thank God for the man who came and paid for her meal and still the manager didn’t allow her and disgusting. You guys could never get my money.

A homeless woman simply wanted a bit of water and it was caught on camera how she was treated. ice water/hot water, it will not kill your business to be kind. until the employee/manager saw he was being recorded, he treated that woman like absolute trash. do better.

Karina who works in the kitchen been super rude to me. Order was sitting on the delivery desk no was helping or checking. I was going check the name she grabbed from my hand super rude style (aggressive) without saying word I felt super bad and killed my mood seeing her acting like this.

This location has a worker who has countless times disrespected women and janitorial in the Pruneyard. Someone like this should not be working here. Janitors have told me he locks himself inside the bathroom for a while, walks right past them disregarding the cleaners and leaving a mess to disrespect them calling them foul names while walking off. I would not want anyone I know going to this location knowing he’s working there.

In the top. One of the best salad bars in town. A little expensive (around $20), but wide choice of quality ingredients, and large dose. The salmon was very good. The atmosphere is nice, relaxed spirit.
Vegetarian options: Lots of veggie choices among ingredients and proteins.
The most inefficient serving process. Why is the same person who is making the bowl also takes payment? Why not go have two people so the one who makes the bowl can continue servicing people in line whole another employee takes the payment? Like chipotle. I love the shroomami bowl , but going here I always mentally prepare to wait for a long time . Even if only two people on line , be ready to wait there for min 20 min in line. I see many workers there but still customers always wait in line for awhile. Need to improve their efficiency .

The apples were brown! This experience was disappointing, especially since I'm a regular at Sweetgreen locations in the LA area and usually love the brand.
The ingredients didn’t taste fresh. The apples were brown and seemed like they had been sitting out too long. The sweet potatoes were wet and tasted like they had been in the fridge for too many days.
I love the brand and will continue to visit their other locations, but if this had been my first time at Sweetgreen, I wouldn’t come back and wouldn’t understand the hype.
However, if you decide to visit one of their stores, try the Harvest Bowl!
