We used to love this place, but it seemed to go downhill food wise a couple of years ago, just quality and consistency not aligning with price increases. We decided to try it tonight again, to go. Neither my husband's burger nor my ahi sandwich had tomato on them. I requested both sauces on the side for mine (which I've done prior and successfully received) but only received the tartar sauce. The ahi was more hammered cook wise than before. The extra crispy fries looked cooked on the outside, but were completely mushy and had that gritty starchiness to them. Was hoping they'd gotten back to how good they were several years ago, unfortunate. 2 stars because it wasn't inedible

From outside it looked to be a fancy burger place. The building was very nice. The food was reasonably priced for the area. Double chat meal deal for $15 and change. I added cheese and mushrooms. The cashier was real nice and the food was prepared quickly. As I waited, I looked for a table and the dining area was messy, not a clean table in the place. So that's why I gave 4 stars. The food was good. Way better than the drive thru places for sure.

Unfortunately they recently changed their salad recipe and it’s quite bad now. It went from being the best fast food salad to one of the worst. The burgers are still alright but it’s disappointing to see the change in food quality.

It's very laid back place. Food takes a bit longer but assuming it's cooked to order than that's to be expected. Food didn't blow me away. It's good but not great, but with it's premium price point I'm left wanting a bit more special ness.

I just started going here and I like their sides. I downloaded their rewards club and received a free chicken sandwich that was so good. I especially love their sides...cauliflower and green beans. It's definitely worth checking out.
