This is not The Melt restaurant. This is a micro food hall called Local Kitchens that partners with different restaurants to serve a small portion of their menu. I ordered from The Melt on Uber eats and one of my items was incorrect. When I called, I found out it was Local Kitchens. This is the second time this has happened (different restaurant last time) and I feel completely duped. I don't understand why they don't list themselves as Local Kitchens and then list all the various options they offer. It's almost like they're trying to dupe people on purpose. Before I order anything through a delivery app again I'm going to double check the address to make sure it's not Local Kitchens!

Not at all like the actual melt. They claim to use the same ingredients and make food the same however I have been to the melt locations and had excellent food. This place served me mac and cheese with what they called a cheese sauce, the bowl was filled with liquid it looked like water. The noodles were severely over cooked. The macdaddy the noodles were cold inside and cheese somehow not melted. This was poor quality and very expensive. I did recieve a refund so that was good.

It was really salty, almost unhealthy to eat. I think the problem is you have different people cooking, and food quality isn't consistent. That burger should of been trashed, and make a fresh one. Instead, I get a salty cheeseburger.

The food was fine and similar to another full melt, but labeling this as the melt in Google maps is downright deceptive.The wait for my order was 34-39 minutes. I had no idea it would be that long until my order had already gone through.Staff was nice and responsive, just a bit deceptive premise.
Grilled cheese and patty melt are delicious here. One of the best things about this Local Kitchens location is that you can bundle things from other restaurants in your order too, a great compromise if someone else at home is craving something less cheesy.
