It’s located in a plaza so parking is available. I really like the blue jasmine tea flavor!! I guess Tin Pot Creamery is the only ice cream shop that offers this flavor in the entire Bay Area. It has a light floral smell and is gently sweet and is naturally blue(my friends and I went there three times and we ordered the same flavor three times lol). I also tried out the cookie monster. It has cookie dough pieces and chocolate cookie crumbles and after I ate the entire one, that was a bit too sweet for me. My friend also ordered the coconut with pandan, and that was pretty good too. Definitely would recommend the blue jasmine flavor:)

I’ve been coming to this place for two years and I consider myself foolish for doing this. I’ve never had a good experience. From running out of milk (this is an ice cream place, and this has happened to me 4 times in the past 2 months) to unwanted sass when placing an order, to them closing early without notice, to having to throw away my cone because the paper towel is stuck to the cone when they handed it to me, to running out of ice cream flavors, to having a broken fridge…the list goes on. One of these happening is ok, two sure, three in two years, yea I’m still good but EVERY SINGLE TIME. I’m sorry the ice cream business isn’t fit for you. Don’t waste your money or time and go somewhere else.

The ice creams are good. Quantity is one the smaller side, especially for the price you pay. I love their Brownie Batter flavor. However the service is terrible. More than twice I have encountered " I don't care" type of attitude. Ask for sampling more than one flavor and you can see them flip. To the manager- ask your associates to be courteous and present a smiling face to the customers. Ice creams are great at a lot of places but it is the customer service and hospitality that would make them come back.

Salted I cream was great. line was long but worth the wait. Only issue is a tricky location

The ice cream flavors are unique and I enjoy most of the flavors that I've gotten there. However, the portions are comically small, considering the price. Additionally, I would prefer if they didn't use deceptive marketing. I received a text offer for "$1.00 cones on National Ice Cream Day" and came after work. When I got there there was a handwritten sign that specified that cones were $1.00 but this did NOT include ice cream...cones are usually $1.50. It would have been more honest if they explicitly specified this in the text offer.

Creamery around downtown Campbell, you get a good variety of flavors to pick from but I feel like the taste is all in the sweet side.Comparing to Salt straw, I will think salt straw has more unique flavor.

Blue Jasmine ice cream was good. Server was rude. No pleasantries whatsoever. He hates ice cream. Smallest scoop in the world for $6. That's a pint of Haagen Dazs

I love going to this local ice cream shop! There's always a line out the door, but it's always well worth the wait!!! They have a handful of unique flavors and even some specialty ice cream is made out of particular non-dairy milks! We will definitely be back on another hot day!

Came here a couple of hours after opening and there was no line. Menu was simple and easy. I got the coconut Pandan and the blue jasmine tea flavor. The blue Jasmine tea was so good!!!

Ok so I just left the lOS altos locations and after buying two pints they refused to give me a sample of their new flavor. SO - I extra appreciate my USUAL location at the Pruneyard! They offer samples and that's how I know what flavors I want to buy. We always go here after dinner at OCK and I never realized how much I love it until now. Only buying from Campbell - totally regret even buying the two i did from Los Altos!!!!!! Same product but way better customer service !

I was in the plaza and saw a line out the door here so I decided to try it out. I asked for a sample of the jasmine and it tasted like nothing. Same with another flavor that I tried so I decided to go with the pandan coconut for my scoop. The scoop was extremely expensive for the size- they are stingy here. The ice cream itself had a terrible texture as it was grainy and the flavor just tasted like coconut milk. I would not recommend to anyone. Service was also terrible. The look they gave when I asked to sample flavors made me feel like I was bothering them. Not worth

This place has incredible ice cream and as well really amazing baked goods. I have been here a couple of times now and am always carried away by their flavorful ice creams. It is not cheap ice cream, but if you're looking for quality, this is it. Both times I have ordered the coffee ice cream with cocoa nibs and toffee. I have also sampled several other flavors and I have to say, great flavors and lots of organic ingredients and it's a local company. Their ice creams are clearly labeled with the common allergens and for those that have to avoid gluten, they offer some gluten free bakery options such as brownies and chocolate chip cookies. It's our new favorite dessert place when we have gotten a meal at the Pruneyard. All are just excellent and everything has been top-quality. Highly recommended.

I have been here a couple of times now and am never disappointed. Both times I have ordered the coffee ice cream with cocoa nibs and toffee. I have also sampled several other flavors and I have to say, if I wasn't sharing with my husband who's Celiac, I may have to order the snickerdoodle ice cream some time as the blend of snickerdoodle cookies with vanilla ice cream and cinnamon are just a perfect marriage of flavors. There ice creams are clearly labeled with the common allergens and for those that have to avoid gluten, they offer some gluten free bakery options such as brownies and chocolate chip cookies. It's our new favorite dessert place when we have gotten a meal at the Pruneyard.

Wow, great ice cream here. Check in and get a free topping. Looked like they had about a dozen flavors. I tried salted butterscotch which was awesome. I went with cookie monster. It was a vanilla ice cream with cookie batter chunks. Tasty and sweet. Blue gorilla structures to chill on out front if you like the sound of screaming kids as you eat you ice cream. If not, kick back in the chairs and listen to screaming kids as you eat your icecream next to the gorillas. They also serve icecream nachos and breakfast sundaes, so come for breakfast or lunch.
