I like their food- always tasty and ambience is great. However the lassi has a lot of color in it which is not something I like. Bathrooms are not very clean.

Food is really great but the service is terrible. It’s like the servers hate to hand over the food. Atleast acknowledge when we order, there’s no ‘ok’ “yes” “it will be ready in so and so”

Decent parking space is available.

They work super slowly. The food came out 20 mins later than pickup time. The worse point is that me and my wife had stomachache... cause of here I guess.

My first visit and it took me back to my time in Chennai. The service is fast and friendly. The menu is intense but they also have a “thali” which we ordered. Basically the one green veg item was the main deal rest was so so. The Rava … special ghee masala dosa was nice. All in all nice meal and pleasant ambiance. The manager was very pleasant and helpful as well. Price points are actually decent. Dinner for two with coffee about 50 bucks including tip.

Took my friend for a special occasion and ordered special Onam thali. The entire dinner was served room temperature. Who serves rasam and sambar that is not warm. I complained and nobody cared. We both packed much of the food so we can warm it up at home. At checkout the manager gives me $4 discount for the inconvenience. This is the worst Indian place in all of bay area. I love Ulavachuru in Santa Clara - and thought will try this. But such a bad experience.

As soon as I walked in, I was transported to a lunch home in Telangana - music and all. The interiors were very authentic. I ordered masala chai and within seconds I had a nice warm cup in front of me. The filter coffee took a while though. The dosa and tiffins were good. The staff was very attentive and enthusiastic. They were constantly checking on our well-being.

Good Dosa but rest mediocre. Experience was as expected. The Dosa was good but the other things were okay - definitely not to my liking. Seating and atmosphere were definitely good aspect of the experience.

The vada was a little sour , idly could have been softer and the upma was passable at best.

These people were thoroughly rude to me because I had a dog which was a service animal. I'd like to find another place that will welcome us white people better bye

Went here for dinner on a Sunday night and it was moderately busy with a 10 minute wait to be seated. I tried their daily special thali, which was delicious. The best dishes in the thali were the Amaranth leaves moong dal fry, Pooris, and Spinach dal. One thing that could be improved is the rice portion size in the thali, which was a little small for the amount of curries. The ambiance is better than their Santa Clara location, and the service was quick.

How did we miss this ?
When the default location for South India food is Cupertino or Sunnyvale, we never thought there would be such a great place in Campbell.
We came here on a Saturday afternoon and the place was packed !! (Not surprisingly)
The service was quick, and the food was excellent. We had the Masala Dosa, Uthappam and the Chana Poori.
The ginger-jaggery sauce was new find.
We had the pistachio falooda for dessert, which was great as well.
Highly recommended!!
