When I kept ordering the ai kept messing up my order and offering stuff even tho i said no. The person in the cash register was so nice help me change my order back how I wanted. Honesty i hate the new ai ordering system.

They have veggie dogs that actually taste good. Before Wienerschitzel got them, the only good veggie dog I had was in Golden Gate Park about 10 years ago. They now have AI taking your order at the drive up. I wasnāt too sure it would get the order right, but it did. Iām not happy about the AI, but I know how hard they work in super cramped conditions.

Unexpectedly, we had our order taken by an AI, so that was pretty neat! We didn't have any problems with the AI taking the order (as in, it was accurate, no mistakes). Food was great! I always get the Kraut hotdog and some mini corn dogs. Great food and friendly service! I love their jalapeƱo poppers better than the ones at Jack in the Box.

People that work there are very rude especially in the way they speak to clients. I went today and when I got my order the chili was dripping all over inside the bag. When I open one of the chili cheese fries they didn't put almost nothing of the chili. When I ask if they can add it they said it will be an extra charge because they measure by spoon. But the other chili cheese fries that I got was fully covered with chili so it didn't make sense. I told them they can charge me if they want but it needs to be served correctly. The person that hold me all she had to say was I'm not the one that packs the food. There's only like three people working with within each other. In my opinion, if you're going to measure with a spoon, it should be the same on both. And also customer service is very critical so if you you speak to someone it should be. With respect and not being rude for no reason. If I have a question regarding the food I order I should be able to ask so that way my order is not incorrect when I get it.
