My two friends and I came today for the first time. No reservation was needed. We got seated fast, food & customer service were excellent. The owner took the time to visit our table and was super hospitable. Definitely recommend this place and will be coming back.

It was an ok experience overall. Unfortunately it was far too loud and our server was not very kind. They seemed annoyed to be there. The food was ok but not worth the price.

Cocktail was amazing, food was unstable. Music was way too loud. It's a good restaurant overall, love their beets salad.

Totally racist. They couldn’t accept my friend’s passport because it’s a Chinese passport. They only accept “American” passport. Assuming I faked my California driver’s license because it is a new form they haven’t seen. I had to show my DMV page to show it’s real.

Very poor service from the start. Should have left right after the male waiter made some uncomfortable comment about my age on my birthday when we first sat down. He then continued to ignore us all night, being very standoffish anytime he did stop by. Left our dirty plates on the table all the way to the end of dessert even when we stacked them nicely for him to grab. Birthday sign kept going dark when everyone around was brightly lit. Drinks took way too long to arrive. We waited over 20 minutes for water every time.. The food was delicious but the service was very poor. The manager did come by and comped our drinks after I complained about the sh** service. He offered a round of champagne that was so awkward because our original waiter who was avoiding us dropped them off and then he made a comment about being “too busy.” The waiter just made the experience one I never want to have again. Not a good experience for a birthday. Overall, would not be back. I wanted to add: some manager girl stopped by to offer support and grabbed our empty cups and told my friend to “Chug it girl, you better chug the rest of that” about her ice that melted in her drink... so insensitive? Why are you telling her to chug a drink. Did you not read the room? We were not having a good time.

My husband and I had our first experience at this wonderful place! Our waitress Kayla was the sweetest! So wanting to make sure we were happy and great with suggestions. We did a dinner of appetizers because there's so many of them sounded delicious and the good news is they ALL were! WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND TRYING THIS PLACE OUT. IT'S VERY CLOSE TO THE HERITAGE THEATER SO IF YOU ARE GOING TO A SHOW THERE, THIS WOULD BE A PERFECT PLAN.

Enjoyed the food and service. Unfortunately due to the placement of our table and the photo wall a majority of our mail was spent with multiple lights flashing in our face, and it was very uncomfortable. A party there kept using an extra bright light on their camera and it was right in her eyes while we're trying to eat and relax and enjoy our meal and none of the staff said anything to them.

Just happen to be there waiting when they brought out the 1st 30oz Rib-eye Special, I believe its called the Fireside 30oz. They proceed to take promotional pictures then cut the steak. It looked so good I just ask if they are giving out samples....lol Low and behold they brought a sample to me. Was very delicious yet since it was my first visit I wanted to try several things on the menu that are a bit smaller portions...lol The Fireside is recommended 2-4 people. All the plates we tasted were great!!! Highly recommend.

Happy hour and tomahawk Tuesday were great! Food was great and our waiter was phenomenal but had too many tables.

This was supposed to be my first bar experience after finally turning 21 — and it was extremely disappointing. The manager looked at my real, valid ID for only a moment before declaring it fake. When I asked if they could scan it or verify it in any way, they refused and said, “I’ve been doing this for 20 years, I know this is fake.”

There was no professionalism, no attempt to confirm, and frankly, it came across as a power trip more than proper management. I was treated disrespectfully and told to leave without any fair consideration.

It was an embarrassing and frustrating experience, especially for a first night out as a legal adult. Management should really reconsider how they handle situations like this — it’s not right to turn away paying customers without even verifying the facts.

And for anyone thinking of coming here, you might want to bring your passport or birth certificate, because apparently a state-issued ID isn’t enough.

Is this a high end restaurant, a night club or chucky cheese, because I tried to dine there Saturday at 7pm and could not tell the difference.

The website looks like a elegant finer dining restaurant, but when I walked in at 645pm is. The techno was rocking fierce. As a single I went to the bar (the child free adult zone) well not here. 5min after I sit down they send a family with 4 strollers to hang out ring behind me. After 25 minutes I asked for my tab. I only ordered my wine and appetizer and I had to leave. The fact that they let toddlers run dance and scream in the bar and did nothing was infuriating. I paid my tab said nothing and left hungry and angry. Thanks for ruining my evening, but who cares right Im just 1 guy!

We were a group of 5 couples getting together catching up with each others activities. Food and Service was outstanding. All had a wonderful time.

My wife and I try to go at least once a month for date night. When we go we try to go early evening so we have time to go for a walk after. Like always that place never disappoint. Great service, great food and good drinks. What else can you ask for😊

The food was excellent. However, the first waitress we had, Melanie, was extremely rude to us, for no apparent reason. She messed up our wine order, and didn’t have good knowledge of the menu. She was dismissive. I don’t understand why she chooses hospitality as her present job. I praise the restaurant for quickly realizing that we weren’t happy and switched us to MIchaela, who was awesome! The rest of the night was amazing. Had we started with Michaela, this review would be 5 stars. We will go back again and give the restaurant another chance.
