Horrible Valentine’s Day experience. Food took over 2 hours to arrive. I understand that it is not the staffs fault but don’t be greedy/overly ambitious and say you can host valentines style dinner and not be able to execute it.
Went to celebrate friend's birthdays and ordered poke. The half that ate it got food poisoning. Everything else that was cooked was good! Stick to fully cooked options!

Six of us went to celebrate my daughter's birthday. Drinks took a long time. I ordered NY Strip medium well. That was so hard that I had to literally use force. Showed it to the server who tried to reason it away saying that it was because I ordered medium well! I changed the order to a filet which was excellent, but I was eating it while others were having their desserts. Spent $440 for not a good experience. We had similar not so good experience in the Morgan Hill location two years ago.
Service, food quality, ambience, all top notch. Would recommend to anyone wanting a great night out with friends or colleagues or even a romantic dinner. Parking not terrible but could be better. Can't wait to go back!
This is a very nice place. Good food and great service.

Nice menu and we will be back to try other dishes. Only real downside was the music. Not pleasant music to begin with and way too loud for conversation! When did background music become foreground noise?
We asked for a booth when I made the reservations and we got sat at the half booth next to a couple who was literally making out the entire time. We waited at least 15 min for anyone to acknowledge we sat down and asked to take our drink order. We ordered several sides to share and one of them came out with a dish we did not order, therefore waiting for the dish we did order. Then when we got the Brussels sprouts, it wasn't good at all.
My husband and I enjoyed our visit. We stopped by for a late lunch. Greeted at the front, seated right away. Our first waiter was a guy whose name I do not recall, he was leaving and informed us Mariah from the bar would be taking over. She was great, very attentive and helpful with a great attitude. The playlist was on point, just an overall great lunch.
Best burger IN THE WORLD! There’s literally no better burger in the whole gods blue earth and I swear. My husband and I order here once a month and just can’t get enough. It’s a ginormous burger (we split it and I can only eat half of my half), juicyyyyyy, with yummyyyyy arugula, grilled bell peppers and perfect buns.
The brick fries are well seasoned and the cheese on top is chefs kiss.
If you’re dining in, you MUST order the smoked bacon drink. Just go here, you won’t regret it.

It was a Monday night so it was quiet. The service was excellent and the food was very good. We had the cornbread appetizer and Caesar salad. For our entrees, we had the scallop risotto and the very large 1lb burger.

Went New Year’s Eve 1/31/25 - 6:15 pm The service is slow and the waitress not really trying . We spent $400 and split bill - one card is charged $300 and $174.00??
.my husbands $60.00 filet is small and got his potato toppings all wrong . We got 4 glasses of wine . The scallops/ Risotto was very good. This chain needs to Give Attentive service for spending that much and act like they care about their customers- sorry really disappointed. The one is Morgan Hill has lack of service as well .

Good food and Service. Will come back! One request: Need to add cream of spinach to menu please! One main menu item for high end steakhouse.
What I love: 1. Dog-friendly. Great outdoor patio that they keep open even in winter (weather permitting) with nice heaters to help keep the chill off. 2. Good menu selection 3. EXCELLENT mocktails. This is a bartender who knows what he/she is doing with AF spirits. This is not your "club soda and cranberry juice" afterthought. These are drinks with intention that will ensure you feel like you are getting an adult beverage without all the yuck that comes with alcohol. What I'd love to see improved: 1. Granted, I keep coming at holiday times, so I'm not sure I am getting the normal servers. But I came at Thanksgiving and again just after Christmas, and both times, the service was not reliable. We had to remind our server multiple times about missing food items and drinks. There was a lonnnnng delay between ordering and receiving food. 2. Dishes can be hit or miss. My short rib pappardelle was excellent; my daughter's scallops miserably overcooked (a fine line, but if you can't meet it, don't serve them). The loaded baked potato was underdone, not nice and fluffy like it should be. The butter cake was good, but not a traditional moist butter cake. More like a pudding cake. Again, it tasted good, but missed the mark on butter cakes. When I was there on Thanksgiving and got the prime rib, the food was cold and the prime rib was mostly fat (not that I don't like fat, but this was even too much for me - I overheard others complain about it). I will continue to go here, and just be careful what I order. Again, I love coming here with my dog, I love sitting outside along the downtown Campbell sidewalk and people watching. With the right choices, the food is good, and the mocktails are a destination item for sure.
It was ok, food was good as always. Service was average at best. Server was very friendly inattentive.
This is an updated review. We went there last night and ordered a ribeye and it was 90% fat and tendon. It wasn't a good cut at all! I regret not sending it back. Our waiter was nice. His name is Arturo. We also had nice bartenders! And they have a good happy hour. The atmosphere at this place is wonderful and it has a nice ambience and welcoming feeling. But seriously, they need to improve on the food quality. The mashed potatoes were dry, and I don't think their steak selection is that great! I had a better ribeye steak at BJ's restaurant. I hope they can improve on their food quality because I do enjoy this restaurant atmosphere.
