First off, the cashier was very rude and aggressive from the moment I walked into the store. She watched my every movement and told me to use the machine "properly" when I knew how it worked. Second, I found some black stuff in my strawberry yogurt and was disgusted. Super expensive too and not worth it. Super bad customer service.

I saw testimonies about Mrs Loretta Lynn, how people get paid, so I decided to try her and now I can also say that she is the most honest woman I have ever met here. Since I started investing through her in forex and crypto trading, I get my income without any issues weekly... You can also be part of this great opportunity by contacting her and start earning weekly. Email: [email protected]

I came to this location before because I live close every time the same older woman who works here is always angry it seems and since COVID it's no longer self service on toppings and she seemed very vocally annoyed that i was looking at toppings I felt very rushed and was unhappy with the experience I advise anyone with kids to go elsewhere where you won't get screamed at

This review I am going out of my way to leave due to the person working around 4:30pm on 4/28/2021. This is feedback for the owner because you should fire this person immediately. She is not a good representative for your business and she does not care about your reputation. To the woman working... Holy hell! To say you have a bad attitude is the understatement of the century. I showed up blissed out loving the sunshine today off work a little early to get fro yo for my grandparents and the second I walked in this lady screams at me a mumbled demand with the waive of her hand. I heard her say "use hand sanitizer and no samples!!!" Then she ran to the back. Did not give me the time of day. I thought jeeze but okay and of course wanted to comply(as I have the entire pandemic and am now vaccinated & was still wearing my mask; I was more than happy to comply) so I did what she said although I was shocked at her tone and quickness of her demand. NOT WELCOMING AT ALL. I thought okay maybe she is just busy, let it go. Mind you I was the only person in there at the time! Haha anyways I went over to fill the fro yo and she ran out screaming "I SAID GLOVES, GLOVES". She shouted at me as if I was a child and I'm 30 years old. I said okay well I didn't hear you say that and she quipped "maybe you need to listen better because I did say that " to which I replied "wow rude!" and not okay looking at her dead in the eye and she said "oh okay well I'll be louder" and proceeded to speak to me like I had 2% of my hearing. I went through filling the yogurt and she rushed me through toppings having a terrible attitude the whole time throwing toppings all about recklessly. Then at payment (even though I always tip having worked service my whole life) I didn't tip her because she was unbelievably immature and rude she didn't offer me a cover for any of my yogurt containers like they usually do. This is not someone you want working for you. And to the lady working, look lady the way life works you don't get to be a rude immature brat having an adult tantrum and ruin someone's business cause you're having a bad day. If you need to take a day off take a day off. If you need 5mins take 5mins, people will understand. If you told me you're freaking out because you just got bad news or are going through a breakup or just got an unexpected bill I would have said wow that is rough and take a few moments. After reading the bad service reviews this seems like you do this a lot though. You really should grow up and treat people better. You're not a victim of life. It's a gift to live that not everyone gets. You're genuinely lucky to have a job during this pandemic but I hope you lose this job so you can realize the gratitude you should have. Take a good look at yourself. The world is your oyster. You're young. You don't need to be so angry and ruin someone's business or be mean to paying customers because you can't take accountability for YOUR actions or cause you're in a bad mood. You're responsible for your behavior at the end of the day. To the owner, please feel free to contact me. No bs here. I'll tell you the truth. This is my first bad review and I left it because you deserve to know. I don't want a refund or a credit but you should know who is working for you.

I normally don't write reviews but dam i haven't had a place irritate me so much so easily.... I've been going to this place for at least three years now and haven't had an issue until recently. The older female lady that works there I'm guessing she's the manager, just talked to me like I'm stupid in this bitchy a** rude tone twice in two days. I went inside respectfully with my mask like everyone else, waited in line, and placed my order with the younger nicer female employee. This entire 3-4 min process both times with my mask completely covering my face and as I'm paying the older lady decides it's necessary to shout in a loud rude tone , "don't take off your mask!", not once would I even consider it, I find it quite odd that she would wait till i've followed her rules for 4 mins without having to be told just for it to be shouted in my face as I'm leaving. Then she has the nerve to ask for a tip in a very sarcastic tone as if she knows Im not going to give one based on her behavior. Classic story of a sad angry employee trying to rule their portion of the universe and make peoples lives miserable, what sour lady. My suggestion is for management to take a good look at who's representing your storefront because it's time to take out the trash.

This was my first time going into Yogurtland or any kind of self serve dessert place since the beginning of the pandemic. I didn't love the experience but I guess it's the best that they can do among the circumstances. When I walked in, the place was dimly lit or had weird lighting that made it look like the place was about to close. I thought they had warmer and brighter lights. As far as the service, I felt very rushed. Since customers have to stand far back and have the employees serve us, I feel like I barely had enough time to look through the choices. The lady was asking us what we wanted/how much we want very quickly, and wasn't even that friendly. It felt like she just wanted us out of there. Even worse, she put a lot more yogurt that what we wanted. In my opinion it was probably to increase the cost of the order... There was also another family behind us and obviously they were waiting on us to move onto toppings. Overall very rushed experience. For the yogurt itself, I got the toasted coconut and french vanilla flavors. I remember the toasted coconut being more sweet, but it tasted very tart-like. Couldn't even taste any coconut. I was afraid it could be spoiled? The french vanilla did not taste like what it's supposed to either. Had to throw out my bowl.

I see that I'm not the only one to have dealt with the rude lady. I think she might be the manager or owner, in which case the likelihood of change...The upside is that all machines seem to be working.I'd rate it "decent". Worth going if it's close by and you like good "froyo".
