Super nice, Gaby was patient and helpful. Owner permitted we dry camp even though we we had no reservation. Wine is excellent. Highly recommend.
Passing thru and stopped here to take a picture of the vineyard and got harassed/detained/questioned by tightly-strung, overzealous border patrol agents. While this rating isn't a reflection of this establishment, it should serve as a warning to anyone thinking of visiting it. There are cameras on most hilltops and if you stop anywhere near here you'll very likely be harassed.
How I wish I could work here

Stopped by to get a bottle or two as a gift for my parents while I'm out of state. I am not wine - knowledgeable whatsoever, and the man who was running the Vineyard (whom I assume was Mr. Clarke) was very helpful. Gave my friend and I some insight into the differences in wine, as well as a free tasting. Then when we left, my friend forgot his wallet and Mr. Clarke ran it out to our car before we left. What a guy. We're from out of town and would have been SOL without that act of kindness.
Can't wait to go back!
This winery is awesome! We were greeted by the most friendly dogs and cats. The wine here is delicious and a good price. Also, the proximity to the border is really cool too and Bill Clark (the owner) is so fun to talk to. His old stories were great to hear. I’ll definitely be back soon.
Found this winery in Campo near the Mexican border that was dog friendly. It offered wine tasting, and the wines were very good. The owner’s son,Paul, was the host. The winery participates in the “Harvest Host” program, and we met several camper guests. We walked around the vineyard, and it was interesting to see the property just next the border wall.
This is my absolute favorite place to go and relax. Make it an afternoon from San Diego!Stop at the Dulzura Mini Market on the way for the absolute best tacos you can get (Tacos made only on the weekends).Paul and his family at Campo are wonderful hosts. The wine is fantastic and the scenery is breathtaking. Campo Creek Vineyard is a hidden gem!
