I am writing this review after a disappointing second visit. My first experience was great, which is why I returned. Unfortunately, this time my bacon everything bagel was dry, the bottom was burnt, and the cream cheese was missing from the order. I hope this was a one-time issue, as I really enjoyed my previous meal. This happened in the early morning 0500.

Love bagel boyz but it is DIRTY inside. Old refrigerators with duct tape on them. Counter covered in crumbs and coffee spilled all over the coffee bar. Bags of bagels thrown on top of carts with trash on them. Needs a deep clean I was pretty grossed out.

The pastrami on jalapeno cheddar bagel was very good. However, things didn't look clean inside - the microwave doors looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a week. Even if they were wearing food service gloves, it wouldn't have mattered because everything the food preparers touched now seemed less than carefully tended. I sat in the courtyard to eat - and noticed the B rating on the window. Good food, but cleanliness is everything when it comes to food preparation.

Top notch water and onion bagels. Plus, so many options of cream cheeses like regular, onion, strawberry, lactose intolerant style, and my favorite lox cream cheese. The staff are quick and friendly. Parking is usually empty in the morning but the way to this place is a little unusual and a bit confusing.
