The bagels are good, but I must object to the customer service. My family member was laughed at when inquiring about non-dairy cream cheese. Is that really all that funny? Not if you are lactose intolerant. Western Bagel is certainly aware that some people request this option. Maybe someday Bagel Boyz will understand the plant-based phenomenon. In the meantime, laughing at your customers, not the best idea.

This was just ok. I didnt really like the bagels they seemed very doughy. Maybe it was just the day I went. Im not sure. I really wanted to like this place as the people were nice. But I don't think they will be my first choice.

I am visiting from Utah and was in the area. We went into Bagel Boyz today. The owner was super friendly. The bagel and bagel sandwiches we got were very delicious. Thank for a delicious breakfast. We will definitely go back if we're in the area again.

Best bagels in Santa Clarita and honestly, probably one of the best in the Los Angeles area. They are just soooooo good. This spot is awesome because anytime I have guests over, I just go early, order 2 dozen bagels, get their in-house made cream cheese and they are always a hit. I can't tell you how many times people try these bagels and say "wow, these bagels are really good"....compliment after compliment. The staff works very hard here and they are incredibly helpful and friendly. A+

Had the most amazing lox bagel sandwich here. Just used them over the weekend to order 4 bagel boxes to cater a birthday party (there is a form you fill out online). The cream cheese is large, fluffy, and to die for!
