I've visited many Dennys restaurants over the years and I'm sad to say this one is the worst I've ever been to. The service stunk, as I've had to ask the server (if she was around) for coffee and napkins. The server was not attentive at all. Food was missing when it finally arrived. Just an overall terrible experience. I won't be returning to this location ever.

Mattson smells like a sewer...servers act like they are doing you a favor......Wow how my favor restaurant has fell to the way side with total failure from food to service...ugh.Loo at IHOP, and waffle house. Carter to your clients......I'm so let down by the one establishment that should be....where is the 50's dinner I remember.If you need help with marketing I'm an expert and offer my services to Denny's to help....Please do something before you go under!!Parking: Shopping center is...less than safe looking. Paint is faced on all surrounding buildingsKid-friendliness: So so.....no attention to detail. Only give 1 color creation.....ugh

They brought out my family’s order except one, and said it would come out shortly, more than 10 minutes later, nothing, and I had asked and that’s when they told me there was a mix up, and by the time it would’ve taken the last dish to come out it would’ve been another 10 minutes, and as a family we eat together, so at that point it would’ve been cold , I think they should take into more consideration that a lot of families eat together and it’s messed up

Awful experience here. Waitress was very rude and didn't seem at all interested in doing her job. Sat down on her phone not paying attention to any of her tables and even heard her arguing with the staff in the kitchen. There was an awful smell coming from the bathrooms and overall seemed dirty inside. Food was alright just like any Dennys but I would rather go to the Dennys by magic mountain for far better customer service. Will not be coming back here again.

I got so sick from eating here. I typically don't like to leave bad reviews unless I feel like I absolutely have to. However my stomach is a mess from eating here earlier today I don't know why I don't know what happened but please do better.

We keep coming back for the abuse...during summer no AC during winter no heater. I cannot believe that a global franchise as Dennys, can't afford to fix their hvac. Today I ordered a soup,they didn't have what was advertised and I ate soup with my meal...really with no customers in restaurant, this is absurd...get your act together..no wonder your restaurant is dead!!!!
