Thought I was going crazy but multiple people tried my drink and agreed the dubai frap tasted like fish. Gross. The tai tea smoothie was ok but tastes watered down and the Taro smoothie was ok but not nearly as good as others we have had. The strawberry coconut smoothie was excellent to be fair, but 1/4 being really good/worth buying is crazy.

Drinks tasted watered down first time I went. Haven’t gone back since.

Service was great, however I asked for less ice and half the drink I got was ice. :( I got mainly ice and less drink! Awful. Wouldn’t go here again because of that.

If you want to be served, don’t go here!! I stood at the counter while 4 employees were in back not paying attention to a paying customer!! Get a clue, you don’t serve customers, you loose your job!!!

I just came here and had an amazing experience. Very kind service and I received my drink within 5 mins. The Clerk up front recommended a smoothie and it did not disappoint. I will definitely be returning to this location!!

It’s Boba Time is a fun and reliable spot for grabbing refreshing drinks, whether you’re into classic milk teas, fruit smoothies, or creative specialty options. The menu is huge from taro and Thai tea to matcha and mango and everything is customizable, from sweetness level to toppings like boba, jelly, or pudding. The drinks are made fresh, and the quality is usually consistent across locations, making it a go to chain for boba lovers looking for variety and quick service.

While the drinks are tasty and the branding is bright and inviting, It’s Boba Time can get busy, especially during peak hours, leading to longer wait times. Some drinks may lean on the sweeter side by default, so customizing is key. Prices are slightly above average, but the portion sizes and customization options help balance that out. Overall, it’s a solid chain that brings a lot of flavor and fun to the boba scene without being too gimmicky.

It's Boba Time is better than average and consistently good. It's probably the best boba in santa clarita, but I have had better.

Great Boba smoothies and slushes. I, myself, am not a Boba fan, but my wife and son love it, and this is the only place they like to go. I do love their kiwi slush, my wife the mango smoothie and my son loves the strawberry smoothie. The place is very clean and the staff is very friendly.

Seriously understaffed. Only two workers, working hard, but couldn't keep up with the demands. Ordered online and even up waiting more than 30 minutes. Store is hot no matter the weather

This Boba Time is starting to suck for customer service. I ordered online but they didn’t work on my order until I asked. They appeared to work every counter order even after I had arrived. Not impressed.

I normally get pretty great service when I come in, but today was the worst. I came in to the location here in Canyon Country on Sierra Hwy. It was only one person sitting down waiting, there was no heavy traffic. With three employees visible to me when I first came in, I was never greeted or even asked to please hold on for a moment. The employees all seen me visibly there waiting but not one person came up to acknowledge me for at least 5 minutes. When the young man on register assisted me he never greeted me, did not apologize for the delay, nor did he ask me what I wanted, he literally sat there looking at me to start the conversation.

As a former customer service manager for over 20 years, now food critic, this is unacceptable customer service. Especially in the food and hospitality industry. Please coach all of your staff immediately on the proper way to greet customers when they are coming in, or having to wait. I expect better or this location will began to get a bad reputation for its poor service. Boba Trap on Soledad Cyn has excellent service and great quality Boba. I will take my business there and encourage others to do the same.
