I went through the drive-thru so 'atmosphere was not within my purview. Order was correct. Leo Getz would have been happy.
I went thru the drive thru this evening and I am disappointed that my order was not checked before giving it to me. I ordered 2 Mexican pizzas one with no beans. When I got home, neither one had beans. I ordered 2 nacho bell grandes. One with everything on it and the other with no beans and no sour cream. On that bell grande, they also removed the meat. Please check the orders before giving the bags to customers to make sure the order is correct.

Really pissed off that there were multiple long dark hairs in our nachos, and THREE burritos. Someone there clearly doesn't care about sanitation. Management should step up and check that their employees follow safety guidelines.

Ok I know this is hard to say, but when you do a mobile order on 3 separate occasions and you ask for a chicken soft taco don't expect to ever get a chicken soft taco. What you will get instead is a tortilla w cheese and lettuce. The reds on this seems to be so difficult is because there's no button for a chicken soft taco. There is a soft taco but it's with beef. When you say no beef and add chicken this means in Taco Bell mentality to leave the chicken out. If this was just once or twice, I get it. But everytime now. This is a poor example of a once great taco place. Shame on you Taco Bell for once again ruining my dinner. I will never mobile order from here again

This is a good example of a Crappy fast food place! it's a DUMP! I walk in there, and nobody wants to help you! They expect you to order online thru an app or something. The last time I was there I waited for 10 minutes before I spoke up and asked if anyone wanted to take my order! Finally, they did, and as usual, with an attitude they made my crappy tacos which all of the shells were broken, and basically NO cheese, not even lettuce, and hardly any meat! The 7:layer burrito was super SMALL. They used to have the hot sauce out where you could just take some, but not anymore! I asked for a few more hot sauces, and it was like asking for soy sauce or extra napkins at a cheap Chinese joint with them sighing and acting as if you're pulling teeth! I live in the area, and have finally learned my lesson. Taco Bell SUCKS and as far as I'm concerned, they should close shop, PERIOD! I'll never go there again.

If you like getting out of your car every single time you go to a drive thru to go inside so they can fix your order, this is the place for you. Modifications? Forget about it. I can't remember a time when this location didn't mess up my order. Taco Bell is my favorite fast food, but I find myself choosing other fast food places when I want a treat because having to take my kids out of the car every time I have to go in to correct an order just isn't convenient. They're always nice about it and fix it when I go inside, but I always wonder how much money the company loses on this location because I end up with free cinnamon twists or some item to apologize. I'd rather just have my order be correct so that I can go home and enjoy my dinner.

Most ignorant employee anywhere. Placed an order that had 9 items... not including the 10 sauce packets I requested; but 9 items that cost money.. I received 2. I don't use ignorant often... but how do you forget 7 items plus 10 sauce packets.... That's 17 items, you look at two and say, "yup... all there". FIRE EVERYONE AND START OVER.. or just close the location ... I mean seriously..
I was so hungry and decided to stop at taco bell, I hadn't been in a long time and the guy taking my order which i think i overheard his name was diego was extremely helpful and sweet. the service was fast and friendly and the food was delicious. I also thought the place looked super clean and well organized. 10/10 will come back for the cutie at the window

I love Taco Bell ... easy dinner when you have time constraints. I usually use the drive through, and it's 50/50 chance that they've forgotten to place an ordered item in my bag. I now ask them to check before I leave the window. I will say they are pretty good about customized orders (i.e., asking for no onions or adding letuce).
I’m a Taco Bell fan, though I give 1 star for poor quality from this franchise. I ordered veg pizza with black bean, they filled it with beef. Missed an item from my order. In spicy potato soft taco the potato was hard.

In my experience at this location… The a.m. and afternoon shift staff is absolutely phenomenal. However, on this specific occasion, with the late night shift, staff was extremely unattentive, rude, and dismissive.If you do visit this location, do your best to avoid the late night shift.
