The Round one (the veggie pizza) is the best pizza I've ever had! Sometimes they are too busy to acknowledge you when you come in to pick up an order or they think you are a delivery service like Uber eats so they can be a bit gruff. (It's not good to treat vendors poorly, nor customers.)

I tried calling in an order phone rang for a solid 20 minutes! 7:00 to 7:20 just rang! They close at 8 so they should have answered! Although there was a wait and because no one answered the phone, when I finally gave up and came into the store, I was frustrated because instead of eating at 7:30 ish it was more like 8:15 before I got my pizza! But the owner explained that they were much busier than a normal Thursday night! I saw for myself that every table was taken! There were only 3 people working so they couldn't get to the phone! The next time, now that I know that if they're too busy they ignore the phones, after 10 rings I'll go over n person! The pizza was delicious as always! I apologize for my behavior! I just don't understand why someone can't pick up the phone and say "we're too busy to take phone orders, please come in or order on line! " Maybe an answering machine with a message like I suggested might alleviate this issue! Just a suggestion.

After having an unfortunate experience at PZA on Halloween night, I returned tonight to give them another try. Ordered the Chicken Parmesan and it was tasty! Shannon was apologetic about the Pizza we had ordered on Halloween and gave us one of our Chicken Parmesan meals on the house. This is a restaurant that stands behind the food they serve. Thanks Shannon We will be returning for more of your delicious food.

Little did this place know that on a Saturday afternoon we would drop a party of 17 on them. Not only that, they were short staffed and it was only the daughter (who turns out was the owner/chef) and mom holding the fort down. When you walk in there were tables for regular sized parties. Deceiving at first, but when you keep going further... gold mine! In a back room were several rows of long lengths of tables positioned family style for feasting. There was even a large TV playing football and money operated video games. So even with staffing shortage, we were able to still sit everyone down and order drinks from the front. The mom even came with some appetizers apologizing for the wait. I have to give it to this place because despite those obstacles they were turning and burning. Job well done guys!
