Awesome, very clean restaurant. Everyone was friendly and gave good suggestions of what to order. Great patio area and parking in the back of the restaurant. I was there for breakfast but saw their lunch menu being served before leaving and it all looked amazing. I'll give lunch a try on my next visit.

I really like the outdoor dining area. Sure its right on Hwy 16, but the noise didn't detract from the experience for me.its shady, comfortable and the beautiful trees all around.

Ive been here many times but never on a Thursday. I drive truck and run my route in a way that puts me here for lunch. This place always advertised $1 hamburgers on Thursday at 11am. Its in the middle of nowhere so routing it into my day is difficult but usually worth it and for $1 burgers? Yeah let's do it.
Arrived at 10:55am and was told I couldn't order until 11. Makes sense. At 11am they ask what I want. I tried to pay and they said "sorry it's going to be a couple more minutes". At 11:20 they call me over and say "sorry it's going to be at least an hour but if you want a burger for $15.00 we can make that now."
How were they going to cook this $15 burger that they couldn't cook the $1 burger?
I don't know what kind of bait and switch game these people are playing but I will never be back.

Always closed for one reason or another. Went there three times during business hours on three separate occasions and they were closed. On Sat, Aug 10, we called before hand to take our family there. They said they were open until 9pm. We arrived shortly after 7 and were turned away by a waitress. “ Due to unforeseen circumstances” she said. This place would be great under new management. As of now, I will recommend to everyone not to waste your time going here.
Don't let the outside fool you! BBQ smelled fabulous, very friendly, and personable staff, cute decor inside. Will definitely stop in again

On our way to a camping trip in Mendocino County, we stopped at Roadtrip Bar and Grill, a charming roadside spot offering a wide variety of American favorites. Among their offerings, the barbecue brisket sandwich seemed to be a crowd favorite.
Upon arrival, we were seated next to a party with numerous noisy children. Fortunately, the waitresses were accommodating and let us move to another section of the restaurant without any fuss.
I ordered a club sandwich, which was served on grilled sourdough bread. Unfortunately, while one side of my sandwich was perfectly grilled, the other side wasn't grilled at all. I had requested onion rings with my sandwich, but both items were initially served cold and unappetizing. However, the server was kind enough to replace my sandwich without any hassle. It was evident that my original order hadn't been cooked properly, but once I received a hot, fully cooked sandwich and hot onion rings, I thoroughly enjoyed my meal.
Despite this hiccup, everyone else in our party enjoyed their food. The service was great, the interior was clean, and the bathroom was well-maintained. Given that Roadtrip Bar and Grill is a small establishment off a country road between a major California thoroughfare and a beach getaway, it exceeded our expectations.
Additionally, they have a huge parking area that easily accommodated our RV and truck pulling a trailer. Ten more groups with similar setups could have parked there without any difficulty. The restaurant also features a large outdoor dining patio, substantial indoor dining space, bar seating, and some sort of attached shop that I didn't visit.
Overall, it was a cool spot, and we'll definitely be back.
Vegetarian options: We had vegetarian in our party. She had a hard time narrowing down what she was going to order as more than a few things appealed to her.
Kid-friendliness: Kids there were having a great time!! LOL.
Wheelchair accessibility: Appears very accommodating to a wheelchair.

This hidden gem is amazing! Great atmosphere, can’t beat the prize and the food was amazing! My whole family loved and enjoyed their meals . We got the shovel chicken dinner with mash potatoes and veggies, full rack of bbq ribs with fries ( Bomb and super soft!) , chicken burger with fries, NY steak with veggies and mash potatoes, Brother and sister in law got similar subs with steak and fries. Meal portions are great! This was my family’s and I first time here and won’t be our last . The staff are all so welcoming/kind and enjoyed the presence of our 4 month old baby girl .
Parking: Plenty of free parking
Kid-friendliness: Kids can have fun in their beautiful outdoor environment with plenty of shade and sitting benches/ table and chairs
