Food very slow and lukewarm. The server was nice. Overpriced for what you get unfortunately. It's just very convenient.
I would have loved to give this five stars, as I have before. BUT, we ate on the outdoor patio and the server forgot about us! Except at the end to bring the check. The food was excellent and it was a gorgeous Carlsbad day, so the setting was beautiful. And we love the free parking!
Made reservations for 4, on 7/4 at 7:30. Food not delivered until after an hour and one dish came 20 minutes after the other three. Waitress said someone else took our dish. Minimal compensation... the last dish and a second round of drinks, of which we took only 2 out of 4 possible. Had told our waitress about certain food allergies, which was ignored, so my wife couldn't eat what was made. Very disappointed. Unlikely we will return.
Everything was really good. Not sure if the steak needed to be $30 more than everything else considering it didn't come with much. Very good and tasty but $62 seemed like a lot next to the $28-$42 other entrees
Just don't bother. Food, service, ambiance, was all underwhelming. Server got one person's order wrong and after waiting for over 30 minutes for our food in an almost empty restaurant they just ate the food that was served. They didn't charge us for it.
The service was very good. The focaccia bread, crab cakes, and brined and brick chicken were all very, very good! The chopped salad was tasty; however, a bit small, and could have contained more cheese and salami. I think it was extremely noisy, because there was a very large, loud group in the bar. My guess is that it is probably not usually that loud.
The food was amazing and our server, Izabella, was wonderful. We had the bread experience, salmon and the ribeye - all delicious.
Average at best. They were incredibly inflexible with menu. Online menu said that offer a hamburger. The bar at the restaurant also served one. And yet they would not allow us to order one “Because everyone else would want one!” Really?
The food that was served for the brunch was decent, but way over-priced for what you received. It wasn't anything fancy or above and beyond for what they charged ($115 per person), just your basic buffet brunch cuisine (i.e. eggs to order, fruit, pastries, etc.). There was also a separate al la carte menu provided in case you didn't want the full buffet, or at least what we were led to believe. My family and I didn't want the full buffet, so, we ordered off of the al la carte menu and did NOT take anything from the buffet. When the bill came, the restaurant charged us for the full buffet price times 4 to our surprise! Waitress said that she felt bad charging us the full price, however, there was no disclosure when we sat down and they handed us the menu that the items on the menu were going to be charged as if we had the buffet. Why hand anyone an al la carte menu if they are going to be charged the same as the buffet?! Anyway, the restaurant did give us a discount, but we ended up having to pay $323 for two orders of chilaquiles, one small Belgian waffle, one order of eggs benedict (no sides with any of the meals) and a couple drinks. Of course there was a 24% service charge added on top of the whole bill plus tax, etc. Recommendation: go anywhere else for the same items and pay less. Also, most brunches/restaurants will NOT charge you the same for an al la carte menu as they do for the buffet.
It was not made clear beforehand that the buffet was the only option for dining on Mother's Day, costing $115 per person.

This is not going to be pretty. I have been to 20/Twenty several times over the years as it has a pretty view and nice ambiance. Great experience in the past up until 5/11/25. We were able to make a reservation at 1:30pm on a Saturday. I was not aware they close at 2:30 to prepare for dinner. We had a great table to celebrate an early Mother's Day. The lunch menu was very limited. We order drinks all came expect one. 15 mins later we were notified the ticket didn't print and the bartender was working on it. We all ordered our food once the food came again the same person at the table did not receive their food. My Mom's steak sandwich had a white/blond hair mixed in and was grossed out after that. We did not mention this to the waitress. As we all were about done then we were notified the missing plate was because the ticket was missed or ripped off. They removed the plate from the bill. I will not be coming back for food, drinks only. The food was subpar which was surprising.
Despite what their website says - they do not serve brunch on Saturday. The restaurant was filled with dirty tables and the lunch menu was very limited - especially for a group looking to celebrate a First Communion with a brunch.
I had the Wedge salad with steak. It lacked the best parts of this salad .... Not much blue cheese. The pork bites were not flavorful and didn't compare to crisp bacon that I've usually had. The steak was chewy and sinewy ... My husband had the meatloaf which was very good with nice vegetables and good flavour
We visited for spring break with our children. The appetizers were divine as were the drinks. The food, however, left something to be desired. The pot pie was undercooked root veggies, too much heavy cream, and very little lobster. The top was an unattached baked philo dough.
Great food, good vibe. We were sat quickly and the dining room was beautiful and spacious. It took the waiter a while to take our order, despite the restaurant being empty, and didn't check back with us frequently. We had breakfast and the food was delicious!
