Great food and service all around. A bit noisy, but it was a Friday night. Really enjoyed this restaurant!
Food was great but took almost 2 hours from start to finish due to the long periods between service.
First of all the positives: Our greeter, Alice, was lovely and our pre-dinner cocktail on the deck in the sunshine was delightful. However, for dinner in the restaurant the service was very poor - we asked for black pepper to go with the salad and by the time the waitress plopped regular salt and pepper pots on the table we had almost finished our salads. The food was not a patch on Frescos in Bonsall - so disappointing. The Lasagna was weird - looked like it had been heated up from the day before and had a ton of raw ricotta cheese just plopped on the top. Who presents Lasagna like that?! My husband lamented the lack of bread (gratis at the Bonsall restaurant) but said it wasn't an issue as the Lasagna had barely any tomato sauce. My Fettucine Alfredo was gummy - not a nice runny creamy sauce, and the added shrimp were tasty but overcooked. No nice presentation on this either. Even a little sprinkled parsley would have brightened it up. Desserts were so so. This was our first time having dinner here and we were so looking forward to it. What a shame!

Our overall experience was nice. Our waiter was attentive and knowledgeable.  it was very busy so the noise level was fairly loud, but the ambience overall was nice. I would say the food overall was good but not fantastic. We ordered calamari for an appetizer and it was good but I've had much better. We also ordered a Caprese salad and I'll have to say that was very disappointing. It consisted of some chopped up tomatoes sitting on Barada cheese with soggy basil and olive oil. The taste was fine but for $16 it was disappointing. For our entrées, we ordered the short rib pasta, which again was good, but not excellent. We also ordered a sausage and mushroom pizza Which was a little dry and lacking very many toppings. Probably not a restaurant I will return to, but not a bad option for moderately good Italian food  with a nice atmosphere and trendy vibes.
The first thing you'll notice is the stunning beauty of the surrounding area, followed closely by the warm, welcoming staff. The food was absolutely incredible! We chose to sit upstairs to take in the ocean view, which made the experience even more special. We started with the truffle Parmesan fries, then shared the lasagna, and added a side of focaccia bread with olive oil and balsamic dipping sauce. Everything was delicious and perfectly prepared. It was the perfect spot for great conversation and catching up with my sister. I highly recommend this beautiful place—both for the food and the atmosphere.
Took to long to get our drinks. Appetizers came out good. One Entree which was pizza came out and the 3 other guests had to wait to long for their meal. $300 bill and you charged us $2.00 for xtra dressing for our salad that didn't have enough dressing on it.
Another lovely evening at Fresco. This time we dined on the Deck. Same delicious food, excellent service, and ocean views.
$8.00 for valet was a little too much to eat at the restaurant. A friend and I was having lunch outside on the patio when the manager asked us how was our lunch? We told him that everything was great. The manager said that he was sorry that the patio was booked for 20 people at 12 noon. My reservation was at 11:30 and the waitress did not mention this to us.The manager said that he would pay for our lunch because of the inconvenience and moved us inside to the restaurant. We said great and thank you. Everything was fine until the bill came. The waitress told us that the manager took 50% off your bill. We both said that's not what the manager said to us. The manager said that he would pay our entire lunch bill. I asked to talk to the manager and he did not come to our table. We were wondering why he lied to us and would not come talk us. The manager was sitting at the bar hiding behind the pole.The waitress came back after a few minutes and told us that the manager took care of the lunch bill. I won't be coming back to this restaurant after going through all of this. I left the restaurant feeling very disappointed and I will not recommend this restaurant to anyone.
With 4 of us, each had a different dish, and each dish was terrific! We also loved our very competent and friendly waitress!

The restauant was almos empty for lunch. I park around the corner in a free parking lot rather than paying $8.00 for valet parking which up until recently was free.
Anthony was a great server and the Sea Bass was amazing. Always return to this restaurant because it is consistently great.
The ambiance was lovely. Sat outside due to the indoor being a bit too loud on our ears. We ordered the Ceasar salad, Bruschetta, Spinach Artichoke Pizza, and Chicken Marsala. The Ceasar salad had too much dressing and didn't have the crisp from romaine lettuce, I think a red or green leaf lettuce was used instead. The Bruschetta is more on a heavier side of bread/dough. If you're expecting a crostini texture or type, it's not. The other two dishes were decent. Our waiter, J.C., and servers were extremely nice. Came here 2 years ago to celebrate my dear friend's birthday and had an amazing experience that she wanted to celebrate her birthday here again recently. We were disappointed in the food that we didn't even get dessert to celebrate her.
Friends and I had lunch yesterday and it was delicious. Ashley did a wonderful job giving us time to catch up on life. Gnocchi was delicious and the beet and garden salad were wonderfully fresh adding chicken on the side that was perfectly cooked.
Great food, good ambience average service. The front of the house is on point greeting and setting us for our reservation. The food was everything we were looking for. But the back of the house was chaotic with more people lingering than helping, resulting in our server, looking a bit frantic at times. I believe it's more of the circumstances and not the person.
