Parking: Plenty of parking to the east and south on the street and a parking lot around the corner too, while you are parked you might as well walk around downtown Carlsbad too, and then go to the beach. After you have your delicious shave ice

Absolutely obsessed with the shop and with T. Her vibes were so amazing & she truly made our visit. She recommended the aloha rainbow and it was SO good. Will definitely be coming back whenever I’m in town !!

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this establishment today on my vacation. The lady who took my order asked me when my due date was. When I responded that I wasn't pregnant, she had the audacity to reply, "Girl, stop playing." This is incredibly rude and insensitive. It's unacceptable to make such personal comments to customers. Due to this encounter, I will not be returning.
This might be the best shave ice in all of San Diego! They just recently updated their entire menu so not only can you enjoy their killer shave ice, but also poke, pulled pork, Hawaiian snacks, and more. Love the work the team has put into this and will absolutely be back.

My family and I were helped by Tia and she was super friendly and attentive she made our experience very special by helping each member in my family choose their flavors it was my kids first time there and she was patient with them her energy and positive attitude was contagious we will definitely be coming back and the shaved ice was amazingly good

We are locals and come to Aloha Ice year round. Normally, it’s a five star experience, but occasionally the staff is lacking. Tonight, it’s Father’s Day and there is one person running the register and making ices. No support or help. The poor girl looked like she was about to cry! We left as did a few other people.
