I ordered the Spicy Miso $17.95, which was well worth the price. The flavors were on point. My wife ordered the Spicy Vegan Tan Tan $17.95, which I tried and the flavors were point. Small pot with of Yama Moto green tea $5.00, nothing special except for the price.

Japanese ramen tastes like instant noodle, it’s the lowest end in noodles. I hope it was fresh noodle. All toppings are awesome, just the noodle, can be better. Not recommended if you are used to home made Korean fresh noodles.

This has been our go to ramen spot for the past couple of years and my wife and I both order the Tonkatsu ramen every time. For our last order we noticed that the pork came in extremely thin pieces when usually, the order comes with thick meaty pieces. I called to confirm if we just received a bad order, but I was informed that this is the new meat they use and said it should be more “tender”. After tasting, the flavor of the meat wasn’t nearly as good, and considering the thin pieces we are now receiving less meat. We have eaten at countless ramen restaurants over the years and this new pork is honestly the worst I’ve had. With the quality of food going down, we will be testing out other local options in the future. I seldom leave reviews but this needed to be addressed.

I ordered spicy miso and a salmon appetizer. The salmon was okay but the ramen is so undercooked, noodle was raw and the broth was barely warm. I asked server to warm it up for me, she said they will remake it. But she actually took the same bowl back to me, which was fine cuz I only asked them to reheat it. But the veggies were replaced I suppose they don’t want me to find out it’s the same bowl. I ordered extra bok choy which was $1.5, and I only got 3 pieces of it. Which makes it even worse is that 2 of the 3 had yellow dots on the leaves. After all of this I’ve lost my appetite. So I just took my check and left. Just a fair warning to everyone, they might serve your food undercooked and with non fresh vegetables in it.

I ordered delivery, so perhaps it’s different in-restaurant - but the portions were quite pithy. The broth didn’t come close to filling the bowl, and it was so salty. I can’t even comment on the flavor of any of the ingredients, because the salt was so overpowering. The fried tofu was rather under-fried. I don’t know, maybe I got a bad batch, but it was rather disappointing.

Got recommended this place from someone that gave it a 5 star, I will update my review once I try this place out.

Love this place more then the restaurants in convoy/ SD. Tackle Yaki is amazing so in the ramen! This place will be famous soon.Mom and I love it!!

Overall, everything was great besides our waiter who we saw twice. I wouldn't care if it was a busy restaurant but there was 3 tables and 3 waiters when we went.

She was busy chatting the entire time, which made wanting to order desserts difficult, we eventually decided against it.

Sushi rolls were great. Fish was fresh and the rice was perfectly prepared. Service was amazing. Our server Seth was amazing. Very attentive. Sushi chef seems to be a newbie and rolls were a little bit of a mess. Also, it took a little bit too long to prepare our rolls when the restaurant was not busy. Price is great. We will definitely come back.
