Service was less than desirable with a loooong wait between finishing our meal and receiving the check

A nice ramen shop on the side of the Carlsbad mall. First time going and it was splendid to say the least. Customer service was excellent, food arrived quickly and was delicious! See images for what was ordered - it was about $80 for everything pictured before tax and tip. Next time we definitely plan to try their sushi!

Love Beshock! It's my favorite ramen place in Carlsbad, plus their other menu items are delicious

I honestly thought the wagyu ramen was terrible. The broth just tasted like garlic and the wagyu beef I didn’t even eat is was so bad.

The ramen was great, however I feel like the broth was rather salty.
I like the new mall ambience!

I’ve been to the Beshock downtown and it was much better. My ramen broth was watery, the service was slow, and the table was a bit sticky / worn. We ordered the gyoza and tonkatsu ramen. Nothing really stood out. If you are this close to Carlsbad, go to Gonzo Ramen instead.

Best ramen in north county or maybe even in San Diego. I had the spicy miso ramen with tofu. It was excellent.

Decent ramen for gluten free noodles...not great if you have celiac as most of the ramen broths have soy in them, to my understanding. They do have menu items like sushi so maybe other options. Great service and atmosphere though. Warning...the prices are a little steep, you might BeShocked about them. Still overall good experience and ambiance, didn't get her name but had a superstar server... attentive and on her game...who was training another guy who was also great.

Lovely little ramen spot! Ramen flavors were tasty. Portion was good. We tried the yuzu ramen and it was so delectably refreshing for a hot summer day. What really impressed me was the salmon collar. It was massive. Cooked to perfection. Flavor immaculate.

This is one of my favorite ramen places around the area. They have good drinks and amazing food. They have drinks and dishes that come and go with the seasons so keep an eye out for what they have as specials.
Kid-friendliness: They have a kids menu with simpler soup, and fries.
