Got recommended this place from someone that gave it a 5 star, I will update my review once I try this place out.

Love this place more then the restaurants in convoy/ SD. Tackle Yaki is amazing so in the ramen! This place will be famous soon.Mom and I love it!!

Overall, everything was great besides our waiter who we saw twice. I wouldn't care if it was a busy restaurant but there was 3 tables and 3 waiters when we went.

She was busy chatting the entire time, which made wanting to order desserts difficult, we eventually decided against it.

Sushi rolls were great. Fish was fresh and the rice was perfectly prepared. Service was amazing. Our server Seth was amazing. Very attentive. Sushi chef seems to be a newbie and rolls were a little bit of a mess. Also, it took a little bit too long to prepare our rolls when the restaurant was not busy. Price is great. We will definitely come back.

The ramen was incredible but the atomic hot sauce stole the show. It is a house made sauce that is super spicy with amazing flavor. I understand it has ghost peppers and Serrano peppers in it. I enjoy very spicy food and can tolerate very high heat and this stuff was serious! Love you guys! Can't wait to come back again.

Asher is phenomenal he gives definite Benson Boone energy and made my crotch get so wet when he was around it’s not describable how fantastic I feel after this meal but Kiana the manager really set the stone for Asher to be his full self his mustache and presence take the meal to the next level, and I can’t explain my happiness with this meal #Backflips #PhenomenalService #KickButt

Service is terrible. They don’t seem to have enough staff. I waited very long even though there were empty seats, didn’t get a menu, and no one seemed to care.

Had an enjoyable dinner at BESHOCK Ramen at The Shoppes at Carlsbad! The beef rib and Nagoya tonkotsu ramens were very tasty. The roasted brussel sprouts and hitsumabushi roll were great additions. The outdoor patio is dog friendly. The servers were all very kind. Recommend for a break from your mall shopping.

We ordered Salmon Rolls and the rice was so sticky & overcooked, my first bite, I felt like I was eating Mochi. We did complained to the manager and she told the chef. We hope that's been fixed. On the other hand, the Ramen was really good! The noodles were little thicker than usual and it was not overcooked. The broth was fabulous and the pork was really tasty and it melted in your mouth. They also put corn that was cooked over fire and it was a bomb! I would recommend the Ramen but not the Sushi.

Our new favorite ramen spot in Carlsbad! Smaller restaurant so it may get busy during high traffic hours but they also have patio seating. Menu has plenty of options, a little limited on the sushi side but the fact that they even have sushi at this ramen spot was a plus! Get the dirty fries and get the katsu curry ramen, very flavorful and filling! Service was very friendly and fast! We thought prices were very reasonable for being at the mall in Carlsbad. This restaurant has become one of the only reasons we come to the mall.

I must say, as someone who is not a big fan of ramen, i loved this place! I ordered the vegetarian ramen bowl with fried tofu… yum! The service is fast and the drinks are delicious. I recommend the ube ones.
