OMG the fried chicken is sooooo good! I’ve never had Korean fried chicken before. It is fantastic! A delicious crunch with the juiciest, most tender chicken I’ve ever had! I’ve been bringing friends and family here because it’s so good. Everybody agrees that it’s the best fried chicken they’ve ever had. I highly recommend it!

Craving Korean chicken tonight and this spot was 10 minutes from me and food was delicious 🤤😋😋😋. The Owner and staff were friendly with great customer service, so for y’all North county peeps this place is must try spot if you're wanting a tasty, finger licking good Korean chicken spot. I give them a 10/10.

I wanted to give a better review, but their special Korean cheese seasoning was way too sweet, it destroyed all the flavors. Maybe should just get the original fried chicken and sauce/seasoning on side. At least the cheese ball was really good.

Friend Chicken that's Korean flavors adjacent. Most sourthern Californians have had bold, authentic Korean flavors and ingredients and these are subdued to say the least. I understand it's globalized and toned down for the world palate, but It would do as well if not better by leaning more into the Korean aspect.

As a stand alone friend chicken flavor it doesn't come close to Jollibee's so without that real flavor boost it's a little lacking. I really wish they would describe the red spice as gochujang. The friend chicken sandwich looks like the Burger King Sandwich pictures from the late 90's.

Good crunch, decent oil, lacking marinade, feels like it's just seasoned. Not greasy/oily. Even fried chicken breast can be overcooked, but they push it.

Kimchi fried rice or the rice bowl are to me the best items other than the combo. Fries and wedges are crisp, fluffy. The Kimchi fried rice has great texture.

Decor is bland, service feel neutered compared to most Korean restaurants.

It's weird that they have Soju which normally is quite good with fried foods, but without grilled meats it seems unbalanced.

Like most Japanese Vinyl bars in the states they are opened by people who have never actually been to one in Japan. That is what it feels like here. AI version of Korean Fried Chicken washed down for the masses.

After a trip to South Korea where I ate at BHC 3 times! - I was happily surprised when it popped up in San Diego! I had to try it. Thankfully it lived up to my expectations. The wings and tenders were exceptional. Crunchy, juicy, and not dry. Can’t wait to keep going here and introduce others to it.

Picked up some chicken after a long work day.. never been to this place so I really wanted to try them out..

The staff member at the front was extremely friendly and helped me pick out a good dinner cuz I've never been here before so I didn't know exactly what I wanted..

She answered all my questions and showed me the menu and helps me pick out what I might like the best..

Got home and started eating my food and man this is some good chicken.. I definitely recommend this place for anybody looking for high protein meals..

First time visiting this location. Online ordered bburing cheeseball and it was so good that we ended up ordering their chicken with the friendly employee’s recommended flavors: macho king and original crispy. They were all a hit and will definitely be back soon. This location was far better than other bhc chicken locations in SoCal.
