BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse

Been to many BJs before always pretty good tell this night . Upon arriving we were sat and told they were out of high chairs but we made due . The order drinks and 15 mins go by and out drinks come but nothing that kids ordered . Once I mentioned it the waiter the brought them. Then apps were ordered and then 1 came out ok time and then the other over 10 mins after the first because I had to ask . Finally order our food and we ask specifically for the kids food to come out first. Lo and behold 20 mins later all the adults get their food and nothing for the kids. Our waitress was no where to be found and had to get the general manager involved just to find our kids food . Pretty disappointed always loved BJs just don't know if I'll be going back..

Food was go and server very attentive. A lot of sports on the TV's which gives variety to choose from.

Our service was excellent and food very good, noisy environment, which is typical, there were several families around us with young children.

Waiter was rude took 20 minutes to get a straw for an exotic drink. As well as food was bad mac and cheese balls were watery main meals were ok and dessert was fine 2/10

We enjoyed the Monday through Friday special for 13.00. A large Strawberry salad/grilled chicken on top was delicious. Pozokie was included but the cookie was very thin not like you see on there advertisement on TV.
Sat on patio was quiet there. Natalie took care of us, efficient friendly.

Awful waiter (not the best)! No refills offered, took 1+ hour to give us our check(still waiting for it), food took 2+ hours to arrive all of my table got their food at different times. Still here waiting…. arrived at 6:15 still here past 9:00.

My experience at this BJ's location was extremely disappointing. We waited one hour just to be seated, followed by another full hour before receiving our meals ( We ordered a thin crust pizza and a pazookie) During that time, no utensils or napkins were provided and I guess there’s a shortage of water because mine was never refilled. There was very little or no attention to be exact from the staff. When the food finally arrived, the check was placed on the table at the same time, which felt rushed and unprofessional. I understand that restaurants can get busy, but two hours of waiting with minimal service is unacceptable. I will not be returning to this location and cannot recommend it to others. Unless your looking for a place to waste your time and horrible service this is your place to go.

First Visit to this BJ’s location. It’s been a while since visiting any location. Went at Happy Hour and sat at the bar. Bartender Nico did a great job. Potstickers were great and plentiful for $7. The Wedge Salad wasn’t very good. Tasted bitter and had barely any toppings. Nico was kind enough to bring me extra bacon. The Avocado EggRolls weren’t as tasty as I remembered. And appeared either over fried or grease was old (they were dark as was the Avocado). Restaurant was very slow on Monday afternoon…I left 5:20pm. This is usually one of their busiest days due to half priced pizzas.
I appreciate that they support (and have for a long time) the No Kid Hungry program. I’ll probably return at some point in the future.
