The food is really good, but the personal service is the worst of the worst, and also the coffee , just the beagle is good, i hope in the feature they improve more on the service.

Started ordering from here on DoorDash a few months ago and it quickly became my regular spot. However; the last few orders I’ve received haven’t been great. Cheesy hash brown has been overcooked, dry and seems like it’s been sitting under a heat lamp all day, even when I ordered immediately after they opened, implying that the food was made the day before and then just rebaked the next day. Sausage egg and cheese bagel has been off the past few orders too. Bagel didn’t taste fresh and something about the item tasted off. Disappointing when food service workers get complacent like that. Probably won’t order again.

So delicious! I ordered a recommendation from the chef. He was so extremely sweet and asked details about what flavors I like. I ended up going with jalapeños bagels and jalapeños cream cheese. It was pretty spicy but a great change up for a $10. I highly suggest getting cream cheese added on. It was very filling. I would definitely go back again.

My only complaint would be that only they have a sign up for some free items and it looks like in North County, none of the Brueggers accept the coupons or accept online orders. Maybe I am incorrect in this but that was what it looked like from the website.

Prepaid order and when I got there they did not have my gluten free bagels. They tried to get me to sub another bagel which I did not want. Clerk walked away and showed up with manager who suggested I take something else. I wanted gluten free and he reluctantly said he would refund the gf bagels but couldn’t do it right away. That was 3 weeks ago and still no refund.

Change the music. You've had the same track playing for a decade. Get pandora or spotify, the employees hate you.

Doesn't accept coupons posted on paper or the Internet. When asked, "We don't accept them".Good bagels, good staff.

Fresh delicious bagels. Always stop by when I have time before work. My family loves these.

I liked going here since its convenient, but I won't be going back again. Sitting in their restaurant, my daughter asked 'What kind of bug is that?' and turned to see a cockroach in the middle of the day go across the booth and then slip between a crack. Take care of the infestation please.
