This location isn't even open for business. I made a reservation, received text confirmation, and even sat on hold to tell them I was running late due to traffic. Upon arrival, found out this location isn't open for business. They need to update their website.
Always a fun experience. I think that for pasta and pizza it's on the pricy side. However the large portion is still great value when you compare individual meals at other restaurants .
Not bad. Stuffed Shells were definitely not close to the description image on the menu. Food is mostly bland, but portions are still pretty large. The value is the take-home food you get.(avg. of 25$ per selection/plate) I'd say. The staff was friendly and performed the birthday song for us and offered to take a group picture - they were nice. 3.4 outta 5 overall. Was thinking what the lunch menu experience might be like.
Awful. Smells like sewer and food was bland and just felt like restaurant lost their charm. Never going back
We had a group of 11 and picked Buca due to their popularity with large groups. We only had one waitress who had us bus our own table. Who asks everyone to pass their plates? She could walk easily around all of us. We passed out the plates. She dumped all the drinks in one spot and ran away and we had to get it to the correct person. Seemed too stressed and rushed to be bothered with us. No water refills. No drink refills- she never came back to check on us. We had to ask other wait staff for help several times. Ask for boxes. Took 15-20 mins for our wine to be served. If the place was full of people I would understand but it was mostly empty and several other waiters walking around. Food was bland at best. $700 meal was not enjoyable.
As of January 2025, the elevator was not working, forcing my disabled grandma and mom to leave the restaurant anytime they needed to use the restroom, as they are upstairs. They brought out the kids food way before the adults food. When discussing my dissatisfaction with the manager, the solution he offered was delivered sarcastically, describing how they were going to fix the elevator, rather than how to rectify our unsatisfied experience. They ended up removing 2 entrees off our receipt after asking a second time how they were going to compensate for a poor experience. Food was great tho.
We were seated quickly (had a reservation), had no menus for 10 minutes then took a long time for our drinks to arrive, only 2 of our 3 kids got drinks the first time, the food came out one at a time instead at the same time and they forgot 2 of our kids meals and when it did come out they only brought one meal for my twins instead of two. The bruschetta was large chunks of tomatoes with nearly no basil, or balsamic marinade. And it was near impossible to get a drink refill for anyone.
We dined here on Christmas Day and we were a party of 12. Four of those individuals are 90 or older and the two oldest are 95 and 98. They failed to tell us when we confirmed the reservation that their elevator was inoperable and that our table was upstairs as was the restroom. We would have gone to another location had we known that their elevator was out of order. The food was just OK, but the server Matt did a good job with our large party considering he was the only server for all of us.
The service was bad and they didn't have a restroom because it was out of order what business is open and has a restroom that is out of order

When I picked up the order of two large baked ziti with a 50% off pasta week email, explicitly stating "per table/transaction" they told me it was only for one pasta. They didn't know that I'm all about principle. I walked out and left the food behind. Went to Whole Foods and made dinner. When I walk away, I never go back.

After 20 years my wife and I were so excited to take our kids to the eclectic and nostalgia filled Buca... unfortunately it was a HUGE BUST!
The parking lot was a ghost town on a Sunday night at 6pm but we thought nothing of it. We went it, we're greeted right away, saw a handful of people downstairs, and then we're shown to our table in the eeriely empty upstairs alongside 2 other tables.
Great, hungry kids will get the feast they were ready for quick. Wrong. The waiter was this nice and quiet young kid who was bouncing between both levels. We got our waters and drinks, wanted a few minutes to order, then he disappeared for 20 minutes.
Finally we get to order: kids pasta, cheesy bread, cheese pizza, and a salad. Not to difficult, right?
After about 30 minutes we noticed flights of food making there way to other tables that arrived and ordered after us. Our waiter was nowhere to be found for basic refills, updates, any sign of hope.
The food starts to flow. Cheesy bread without the cheese. Pasta looks good for the kids. Salad is solid.
Time passes and passes. The bread comes back with cheese, but no pizza. At this time 2 other tables have gladly receive their food (with errors as well).
Then the pizza arrives. Garlic infused $25 over hyped flatbread. No crisp, no flavor, tasted like we picked it up at the airport on the run.
Unfortunately our exciting family experience at Buca was met with the ever too familiar scene of a dying experience from the past. It's a bummer and would advise anyone to save their money. Even dominos has delicious garlic crust.

I was very excited to go to dinner for my 65th Birthday but was alittle disappointed when we arrived and didn’t get seated right away. We had reservations and the place was empty. The waiter brought us oil and balsamic but no bread. I had to ask for bread. Not a good sign. Food was pretty good but not real hot. Since it was my birthday, I expected the ice cream they talk about and that never happened. All and all not very satisfied with this restaurant.

They close at 8:30 not 10:00pm, or so it seemed. Walked in and the place was a ghost town. The only workers that we saw were the ones in the kitchen and they were already cleaning up. After waiting 10 minutes to even get acknowledged we were even there and clearly letting our presence be known and nothing so we left.
Management!!
