I was in there on a Saturday afternoon when I discovered that the water was not running in the women/men's restroom.I asked the staff member if she was aware of that. I made her aware that customers were using the restroom and not able to wash their hands and then were touching surfaces in the dining area. She told me she let her manager know. No effort was made to post signs or close the restaurant. Is this business not aware that this is in violation of public health standards especially during a pandemic?

Regarding the plumbing problem, it was not addressed in 7 minutes. Signs were not posted and anti bacterial gel was not immediately provided; that would have been addressing the problem.

I will give them this, that I am somewhat of a coffee connoisseur, but that was one of the worst cups of coffee I ever experienced, and the service matched with a really bad attitude.

Ordered a coffee and realized it was too sweet. I went back in to pay for a new coffee and the barista (Jason) insisted on making me a new one at no charge. Loved the customer service and will definitely recommend this shop to friends and family. Thanks Jason! :)

The Kombucha is really fresh & perfectly carbonated. Coffee is really good, just right to the median! Avery good place to chill, catch up on a bit of work, brainstorm!

Nice location and love the inside. BUT, I feel like the staff rarely cleans the bathrooms. Toilets are not clean. Not cool during this time with COVID especially. Secondly, the coffee is overpriced. I started going to Vintana instead since they actually clean their bathrooms and my coffee is about $2 cheaper.
