It is SO very good to see The Crossings back in full swing again. Used to be our go-to place prior to Covid. Took them a while to return to their outstanding casual dining place! Only downside was when arriving to set on the terrace of the main dining room, as requested on Open Table, they had a special event going on and did not advise prior to our arriving. We were seated on the patio deck which was where we used to sit for Happy Hour - which was fine - even though the evening was planned as a very special two-birthday occasion. Menu has expanded and food very good! Katie was STILL there as our server; she was/is amazing and professional as always! Lovely evening.

I had to wait for our server a few times to ask for a few things and for our check. It seemed like she was the only one (I'm not 100% certain) attending to the customers on both the outdoor patio and the indoor dining. It was a chilly day and the patio heaters kept “dying.” The men who were in charge of them came back a few times to restart the heaters. We just gave up on it and just endured the cold weather, until one of the men decided to switch the whole thing. The food was okay, nothing extra special. They also have very limited options for hot beverages. There was live music in the indoor dining, which adds to the great ambiance of the place. I like dining at outdoor patios with nice views, so I am willing to go back when the weather gets warmer to give this place another chance.
We were seated quickly, our OpenTable reservation seemed to work well! Our waiter Matt was efficient, friendly and attentive. The food took a little longer to come out than expected, but it was tasty and filling. The Bloody Mary's were very good, they'd be even better with some bacon included! We had a relaxing and delicious brunch, you can't beat the view, and we will definitely return!

We went for their special Tuesdays in April 3-course prime rib dinner. It was very good and enjoyable. Started with salad with cranberries, nuts and cheese. Followed with prime rib with baked potato, asparagus and carrots. Dessert was a delicious Oreo cookie crust chocolate mousse. Great value and great dinner.

We’re visiting from another state and let’s just say that this place by far is the most affordable and shareable amount of food we’ve had so far. The portions are gigantic . The food is amazing and the service is warm and welcoming with Jen. So good! Highly recommend.

Wonderful lunch location with a friend. One of the best Garden Veggie Burgers I've had and really, really good sweet potatoes fries!! My companion had the Shrimp and Vegetable Wrap and liked it very much too. A nice glass of Prosecco for each of us made for a perfect lunch.

The wait service was excellent. However, the wait time from the kitchen was a bit slow but the restaurant was busy. The bar drinks, margaritas and martini were not that good. The prime rib was very good, perfectly prepared. Dessert was attractive and tasty.

Excellent service. A little chilly on the terrace, but no worries - Brandon immediately moved 2 heaters for us. He also worked fast so we could make nearby concert at Museum of Making Music with time for quick peek at flower fields. We will be back!

We've always enjoyed the quality and service and Canyons. The Tuesday Prime Rib nights in April are are great deal! The salad was a very generous portion to start. The dessert at the end was almost overfilling after the main course. The prime rib was delicious. The loaded baked potato and asparagus were easy compliments to the prime rib. Great meal. Great value. Great service. Great location.

We chose the restaurant for the views and we had a nice table so that was good but we sat for 20 to 25 minutes before our server took our drink order. I guess they were short staffed but we would have been fine waiting as long as we had something to drink. Music was really loud. Couldn't even talk.
