A Mixed Experience with Great Potential I'm torn on how to rate this place because my visit had two very different parts. The food was fantastic—the service was also excellent; the staff was friendly and efficient. However, the checkout process was really frustrating. I had to go back to my car to get my wallet, & when I returned, a family had just walked in. I was prepared to wait my turn, but the cashier called me up next. From what I could gather, they explained the situation to the family in Spanish, and everyone—including the cashier—was laughing. I use a walker, and I was just standing there, feeling left out and a bit embarrassed because no one bothered to explain what was so funny. While the food and initial service were great, the lack of communication at the end left a sour taste.

My wife came inside to use the restroom right now and the cashier was rude and told her for customers shame on your employees that turn down a woman with medical conditions do not spend a single dollar in this store it’s disgusting to be treated like this over a clar emergency.

10 out of 10 would recommend for you and your family to eat here. I've eaten at multiple Carl's Jr's within a 20 mile radius in the last few years and this is the best one in the area. The service is great, the food is even better and the music creates a great atmosphere. My wife and I come here on a date at least once every 3 months. I've only ever had my order mixed up one time within a 2-year time span and they promptly corrected it. Honestly, the way this location operates makes all the other locations a very disappointing and underwhelming experience. They could take a page out of this location's operations book and customer service.

This place is terrible. They’re polite and friendly but then after you order, they ask you to park in front you wait 10 minutes and then they bring you cold gross food.

Very friendly staff who gives you a smile and ensures your order is correct. It's hard to find good service nowadays and i'm glad I found it at Carls jr for my first meal of the day. The food was hot and cooked how I expected it to be. Will definitely drive a little further to this location next time I have a craving.

I didn’t have lettuce but one wilted slice; no mayo and paid extra for tomato and onion and it wasn’t given Onion rings we’re cold : asked for hot dropped
