Educational. Tour leaders are knowledgeable, friendly and informative. Although the tours are booked in 2-hour segments, it can be as short as 1 hour to get it all done, including learning how to shuck oysters and eat them. The oysters are delicioiusly fresh and the bonus is you can also buy oysters and mussels directly from the farm at a very good price. They're placed through a very stringent 'cleaning' process. Well worth a visit!
Took the tour on Tuesday! What a fun, interesting, and informative tour. Emily was great and really knowledgeable! If you're looking for something a little different, definitely consider this. Also, learned how to shuck. Unbelievably fresh and great tasting oysters. I'm sure you'd never find better!
