We waited for over an hour and the hostes yuliana kept skipping us. We were there to celebrate a birthday and had to go somewhere else. It was a omplete waste of time. The hostes told me she didn't see us on the list. How is that possible when we asked 3 times about our table. We kept seeing people get seated and we just sat there like idiots. I will NEVER come here again.

Everything on the Menu is delicious. All of their Margarita's are amazing.The General Manager Gilbert Gastelum was very personable and even took a selfie with us. Our waiter Jos exceeded in Customer's Service and was very attentive. **Update** Friday, 04/27/2024. We came with a friend for Happy Hour and we had a great time. Eloy and Shannon, both waiters, were super friendly and made us feel very welcomed. They made our time here very pleasant. Thank you. We will be back soon.

Wonderful, accommodating staff. Great food in a fun and beautiful atmosphere. I forgot what my mom ordered, but it was under the seafood section with chili rellanos, shrimp, cod, corn, squash, and cheese that was incredible. She subbed the rice and beans for a side salad with Caesar dressing and the dressing was absolutely incredible. I wished I had ordered the Caesar salad. I had the spring special Aguachile and it was some of the best I've ever eaten. It was quite large, I could not finish it. It tasted so fresh with the shrimp, cucumber, onions, lime juice, etc.If I lived closer, I would go back right away to eat the Caesar salad.

Here's the complicated truth about Casa De Bandini. My position is compiled from many, many visits here over several years. First of all, the food is very good. It ranges from just good to phenomenal. The atmosphere is always the same: loud, festive, busy, and fun. About half the time, you'll have to wait a while for a table, but it's usually faster than what they tell you. Okay, now the negative part. The service is best described as consistently neglectful. Most servers don't smile or make much effort to welcome you (with a few exceptions), and they generally treat customers like they are a nuisance. In more than a couple dozen visits here, most often, after plates are served, the server will disappear for a prolonged period. This is no fun if you've ordered the Chicken a Diabla, for example, and they forgot to give you sour cream and fresh drinks to douse the fire. True story. So, come for the great food. Enjoy the loud, festive atmosphere and beautiful inside and outside decor, and prepare to be somewhat neglected. If you're lucky, someone will actually smile and check in to refill your drinks.

This resturant was recommended to us by different people. Omg...Fantastic! The atmosphere outside is beautiful. Feels like an exotic vacation. The menu has your traditional Faire as well as some very more exotic dishes. My stuffed roasted red pepper with shrimp was phenomenal. Incredible flavor!! Our waiter Thomas made our dinner even better with his great suggestions and service. Soooo good!!!
