We had a small business dinner with 8 people here. The restaurant is very professional, helpful and flexible. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly and knows the menu well. Their recommendations for food was spot on. The views, the decorations are well aligned with the location and the sunset was amazing. The appetizers are great to share. The main courses were sizeable and melts in your mouth. Overall, a very good experience! We will be back.

Good food at a time when we were really wanting a steak! Lightly seasoned medium rare filet mignon was really good! It allowed the cut and quality of the meat to be the focus. Instead of the way it was dressed up (too many seem to delight in seasoning a good piece of meat). The onion (shallot?) that accompanied it on the side was a little more than my particular taste cared for. But, the way the dish was plated and presented was done very well!

well, I have not been here but there are reviews for their Happy Hour but there is NO reference to the HH menu on their website... just that they have one daily 4-6.... great but what is on the HH ?????

Our experience here was exceptional to say the least. Our waiter was Jose a certified sommelier. We came in with little knowledge of wines and left with an in depth experience we will never forget. He took his time to explain where the wine was from, all the flavor notes and what it pairs well with. He helped us pair multiple wines with both out appetizers and entrees during both visits with him. The food was excellent and we will definitely be coming back to visit Jose.

Came here with a large group recently - food and service were incredible. Staff was attentive, on top of it and very friendly. Atmosphere is exactly what you hope for being a minute walk from the beach. Large fire pits and padded seating available, beautiful bar area. Comfortable dining seating. Indoor and outdoor seating available.

Had our anniversary dinner at Chandler's and it was amazing! We were staying at Cape Rey Carlsbad Hilton and decidednto just "eat in." Chandler's did not disappoint. We both had the roasted beet salad - loved it! My husband had the filet and it was tender and tasty. I had the halibut a la plancha and loved the hazelnuts and acorn squash axcompanying it. They provided a great Prosecco and Jose was an amazing server with a great smile! Loved it!

Was our last night at the hotel and decided we were going to enjoy dinner since reviews were high. We ordered Ceasars salad, baja chicken with garlic whipped potatoes, caramel cheesecake and the chocolate crunch cake. I was severely disappointed in the taste and the chicken was pink inside. The potatoes were absolutely bland as heck, pretty sure they were normal potatoes and paid 8.00 for that. The salad was literally stalks of lettuce with squishy cherry tomatoes. The caramel cheesecake was good and the chocolate cake crunch wasn't even cake. It was more like a rich chocolate moose on a rice cake almost. Was decent but not cake. For the price, it was by far not worth it. Olive garden blew out this dinner. Also crazy they charger 20+ dollars to bring up to your room
