Aly was great 👍
My family and I have been customers of this restaurant for four years, but my visit tonight has left me questioning if I will ever eat a meal from Chicken Basket again. One of the main reasons I like this restaurant is because I follow a gluten free diet, and Chicken Basket uses rice flour in place of wheat flour when preparing their chicken. I was thrilled to know I could finally eat a piece of fried chicken again! However, based on the pain in my stomach, I suspect the chicken was prepared with wheat flour this time instead. I’m wondering how long my stomach will be reminding me of that mistake. When I received my order, it looked more like leftovers than a freshly prepared meal. The chicken was cold and soggy, while the fries looked as if they had been refried several times. We ordered three drinks, and the boba pearls were very mushy and unappealing. Overall, this visit was a huge disappointment. The quality of the food has continued to decrease while the prices have continued to increase. When I pay $73 for dinner for a family of 3, I expect better quality. I hope they can turn things around, but for now, I’ll be looking elsewhere for a satisfying meal.

Short Spanish woman at the counter was rude. Younger blonde was gossiping about her boyfriend instead of helping customers. Both failed in customer service. Zero stars.

My daughter and I got violently ill after eating here last year. I called the restaurant to ask if anyone else called or mentioned getting sick. The person said, there was no manager on duty and was not aware of any complaints. Without mentioning this restaurant's name, I posted a question on Next Door, asking the community whether anyone had gotten sick after eating at any local chicken places in the past 24 hours. Several people responded saying they had gotten very sick here at Chicken Basket. I never received a call back from the management and decided to just never eat there again. Unfortunately, my teenage son ate there today with his friend and has become violently ill! He has vomited over 13 times and can barely sit up. ATTN BUSINESS OWNERS, YOU NEED TO ADDRESS YOUR FOOD SAFETY! This is clearly an ongoing issue.

I love the boneless chicken and the Soy Garlic flavor they have. I have had their lunch special and regular plate with the boneless chicken a few times now. I recently tried their fried rice with Kimchi which was great as well. So far I have not had any bad experiences with greasy food, but I have not tried other types of chicken. As for the service, it's been okay. I think that some of the reviews I can relate to in regards to the service.

This place should close down. My fish and chips were dry and in small portions. The service was a joke. I still tipped even if people don’t deserve it. Too expensive for the amount of food. Learn some customer service if you want to stay in business.

The food here was pretty good. The chicken wasn't dry, and the wings had plenty of sauce, which was pretty tasty. I ordered the boneless Cajun Lemon wings, and they were delicious. It was a 10 piece, so the portion was spot on. The service could be better (professional), and the atmosphere being a small restaurant felt a bit cramped. Overall, I would say 6/10 if you are eating there and 8/10 if you order out.

The food was absolutely wonderful! The Rosé Tteokbokki was my absolute favorite, though I will say the waitress seemed annoyed we were there. Though the food came out fast and we got what we needed!

Came in for lunch, ordered six piece boneless combo. 30 plus minutes later food arrived, fries cold and it was not boneless chicken combo. Received chicken legs, wings, and nuggets.Thankfully I ordered fine in or I would’ve not discovered the error till I got home. I won’t be back or recommend.NOTE: Place was empty, not busy at all. Only two people came in to pickup takeout orders in the 45 minutes I was there.

Went in to order, was standing waiting for staff to take order and nothing. Two people walk in and they immediately take their order while I’m left standing there like an idiot. I just left.

The food is excellent. Unfortunately the menu did not say that the rose tteokboki has bacon in it and having ordered this dish at other restaurants I know that it is not typically made with pork. Having discovered that there was pork in the dish I brought it back uneaten to request that it be substituted with something I could eat. The staff member I interacted with insisted that I should not request a substitution because “no one can eat it now.” After much back and forth they were eventually good enough to grant my request, but the interaction was unnecessarily hostile considering there was no way for me to have known that there would be pork in the dish.
