I’m so tired of this restaurant never having the ingredients that I would like when I come to eat in the evenings. It’s ridiculous that they are constantly out of salad dressing, guacamole, meats, and other things after 7pm. 90% of the time when I come to order a salad they’re out of dressing — which honesty makes the salad five times better and I don’t even really like eating the salads without it. Tonight was the kicker, though, when I asked an employee why they’re constantly out of it. She blamed it on the customers saying the customers take too much dressing. I asked why they don’t put more dressing in the containers and make more, since they only usually filled them 1/4 to 1/3 of the way full and run out constantly. And if customers are taking five dressings at a time, then that should tell them that the customers obviously want more dressing in the containers and that they should do something about that. She then said “Well I think it’s really strong.” as if the customers who come before me should simply take less, and her taste should apply to everyone. I then told the lady that I didn’t even want to order a salad anymore at that point and that I was tired of this happening and then I left without ordering. On my way out, in the reflection in the glass doors, I saw another one of the employees turn around towards another employee and laugh at me. And honestly, that was it for me. Due to the rudeness and dismissiveness of the employees and the incompetence of never having dressing or many other ingredients that I want when I come in the evenings, I will not eat at this location anymore, and chances are I won’t be going to eat at any other chipotle anymore because the other locations are too far away. I like your salads when you actually have dressing but I’m tired of this nonsense.

Came in the place was absolutely discussing (dinning area) there was trash everywhere food all over the tables and the floor trash can were over flowing, and to top it up the girl making my food cross contaminated the spoons. I asked for chicken and the chicken spoon wasn’t there so she grabbed the one for sofritas used it to serve my chicken and then put the spoon back, not changing and cross contaminated the sofritas from a meat items to a vegaterian items.

Showed up to pick up my online order. Stricken with hunger, a wild need for a tasty burrito rushing over my family, I am handed a bag perceivably stuffed with my families much needed sustenance. Writhing with a hunger never before experienced, I rush this vital package home to nourish my kin. After traversing the gridlock infested roads, punished by the stop and go surges, I reached my final destination and delivered the goods. Weary from my travels, I tear open the steaming bag of foil covered, mouth watering, nourishment. When a wave of dismal disbelief came over, my family and I.
We were dupped! Our delicious meal for three was a dainty snack for two!
I checked the label of the satchel holding this newfound inferior, dare I say, meal. To my amazement, it is branded with my families name! Yet the contents were, in deed, not the equivalent of what we had ordered.
Now this, ladies and gents, is the most infuriating and inconceivable part thus far! I try to contact this once fine, upstanding establishment to voice the concerns of my families dire position. Not one, not twice, but thrice the calls fell not on deaf ears, but not even answered.
This level of customer service is unacceptable and unwanted. This egregious act of hunger hate MUST be rectified! Fellow Chipotlers, stand fast with me against these atrocities! Our voices must be heard, we must have retribution! Burrito-less we can not survive!

Always out of BASIC ingredients like lettuce…how is that even possible!? It’s always something here. Total roulette wheel of what major item will be out of stock
This is the 3rd time in that the chicken was not up to par: more dark meat, overcooked with hard, overdone side and often pieces are inedible. Love everything else, especially the white corn! Workers do need hairnets!

Very disappointing that they are out of guacamole at 7pm. I’m willing to pay extra for it, but they haven’t had it at 7pm TWICE. The last time they were also out of chips. I turned around this time and walked out.

The amount of times this store runs out of guac before 7pm is wild. How can you not prepare to have guac to make it through a normal dinner shift. Worst location.

Update: I've felt sick to my stomach for days after eating at this location (still feeling ill two days later). I couldn't figure out which ingredient it was, but definitely regretting our visit! I will never eat at this location again.

The service at this location was pretty poor. The workers did not want to be there and hadn't replenished supplies at the counter (e.g. small tortillas) until they were needed for a later order. It felt like pulling teeth to try to find out what the kids meal included. I was encouraging my boys to order, but the staff was not clear about what the options even were and even indicated the quesadilla did not include any meat. The food tasted good, but I'm still not sure we we're offered the options we were supposed to.

We walked in right after a huge group of football players from La Costa Canyon and Victor and Fernando were so efficient we did not have to wait very long. I was with a friend and our kids made a huge mess and Victor and Fernando also refused to let us borrow a broom to clean up. They said they would take care of it and were super kind and helpful. I’ve been to this location before, but this was the first time the service was so excellent we had to leave review!
